I sometimes frequent various firearms forums, but I have been finding their moderation to be a little too stringent of late. I got threatened with banishment on one yesterday for saying that I thought Australians had more balls than to let their guns get banned... So, I made my own. It's just one of the php bbs. Can I shamelessly plug it here, or will you kill me? :p

As I said on LP last Wednesday, I resent the way some of you people are using my name in parodies. There are several variations of my name being used over here and I find that tacky. Every few weeks I am forced to post something on LP to let people know that these names are not really me. Knock it off!!

I just posted this idea in a thread to Robin about what is happening in the Congo and wanted to throw the idea out to a broader group. People are behaving so bizarrely, frequently on a mass scale such as in the Congo, that I am wondering if many large groups of people - and I mean entire populations - are suffering from psychosis. The behaviors in the Congo seem to be well beyond the behavior of even wartime atrocities - they seem like the actions of insane people. What is making people so crazy? Is it a social phenomena of breakdown in traditional cultures and values, or is there some real organic effect of chemicals and/or drugs that are making people literally INSANE?

Hey all! I could use some advice. As some of you know, I have been fighting some health issues for quite some time. I have been to more doctors and specialists then my memory can hold and take so many pills that I am called the Department Pharmacy at work.
I have come to you - oh great and all knowing people of healthy stuff, for advice. Zip and Chris know that I have a few permanent conditions that I don't want to share, but I have some really odd non-related stuff as well.

The scenario is simple: The Demos + Lieby add up to 51 senate seats. CT gets a GOP gov'nor. Rove offers Libby the Ministry of War but Lieby says 'no'. Cheney ups the ante and suggests Secy of the State. Lieby disagrees. W makes the final phone call and offers Libby the VP-ship if he agrees to support the Bush in the senate when it counts and Lieby says 'YES, YES, YES!!!' The CT gov'nor names a GOP to replace Lieby. Apparently, Bill Clinton was found guilty of Aggravated Genocide for what he did to a bunch of helpless Americans at Waco and for bombing the crap out of Serbs.
