Last October in the run up to the election, the New York Times and CBS commissioned a poll which dealt primarily with the pending congressional elections and then current political issues. At the bottom of the long polling report was a segment about 9-11. In October of 2006, fully 57% of this representative poll stated that they believed George W. Bush had actual prior knowledge of the attacks. Twenty-eight percent of those polled believe the government's official story is mostly lies, while another 53% believe our federal government is hiding something.
