If Hollywood wants to make a movie about anything having to do with the military, there is one man they have to woo first: Phil Strub, entertainment liaison at the Department of Defense since 1989. Strub, a former Navy videographer, is now the sole person whose call it is to green light or deny a film's right to military cooperation on everything from accessing information and advisors to using the Air Force's planes or the Navy's ships.
