Hijacker: This is a hijacking! I have a boxcutter! Grandma: I have a .45! Now reach for the sky, or I'll put a hole in that diaper-hat on top of your pointy little head! Hijacker: What?! I did not know Americans were allowed to carry handguns on airplanes! I thought the liberals took away your firearms and your gonads! Grandma: What alternate universe do you live in? This is America, land of the free and home of the brave! And the armed! Bureaucrat: Everyone put away your handguns and surrender! Do what they tell you! There won't be any trouble if you just act like sheep! Grandma: Shut up you, you worthless idjit! (Smacks bureaucrat on top of his head, which causes him to cry ...

Dear Government: Don’t Hate Me Because I Am Handicapped!

Doing John Stossel’s show last week caused me to come to new conclusions about the eADA (the evil Americans with Disabilities Act). The Americans with Disabilities Act celebrated its 20th anniversary in August. More precisely, America’s lawyers celebrated because they are the only ones who benefit. First, the show’s subtitle was unintentionally misleading. "Good Intentions Gone Wrong." The flaw there is the ADA was not founded with good intentions. People were not kicking my crutches out from under me before the ADA was passed. People were not pushing my wheelchair into traffic before the ADA was signed into law. It took the Americans with Disabilities Act to break ...

A FIREFOX PLUGIN TO BLOCK ALL STEVENS MEDIA WEBSITES

As I think many may already be aware from the article posted a few days ago Righthaven LLC is the outfit that is buying up copyrights from The Las Vegas Review-Journal and then filing lawsuits against any and all bloggers and forums that use the worthless crap from the Review-Urinal. This is a downloadable Firefox Plug-in that allows you to avoid any and all media owned by Stevens Media - which both eliminates the risk of inadvertently posting any of their fecal matter and also rewards them by ensuring that they get fewer and fewer hits. To the degree that people use this free plug-in it will deprive the Review-Urinal of advertising revenue thus rewarding them for their behavior in an ...

Judge removes 'birther' elements from Army doc's court martial [Full Thread]

(CNN) -- A judge on Thursday denied a request for President Barack Obama to testify at a court martial for a U.S. Army flight surgeon who refused to deploy to Afghanistan until he saw proof that Obama was born in the United States. The judge, Army Col. Denise Lind, said any evidence or witnesses related to Obama's citizenship is irrelevant to the charges against Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who has 17 years of service in the U.S. military. After failing to deploy with his unit in April, Lakin was charged with missing a movement, disobeying a lawful order and dereliction of duty. The Uniform Code of Military Justice says the maximum punishment for both offenses -- missing his plane and ...

Afghan group's treasurer admits receiving money from Iran, newspaper says Iran is paying Taliban fighters $1,000 for each U.S. soldier they kill in Afghanistan, according to a report in a British newspaper. The Sunday Times described how a man it said was a "Taliban treasurer" had gone to collect $18,000 from an Iranian firm in Kabul, a reward it said was for an attack in July which killed several Afghan government troops and destroyed an American armored vehicle. The treasurer left with the cash hidden in a sack of flour, the newspaper said, and then gave it to Taliban fighters in the province of Wardak. In the past six months, the treasurer claimed to have collected more ...

Bob Chapman: Possible Coup in Greece This Month

Today during the third hour of Friday's Alex Jones show said that it is possible coup in Greece later this month. It would be an anti-banker and anti-Bilderberg coup and coup might lead to a default on the Greek debt and a withdrawal from the euro. Prime Minister Papandreou is a Bilderberger. This could also lead to debt defaults in Iceland, Ireland, Spain and eastern Europe. In my opinion the dollar would not last much longer. Bob Chapman had said he has subscribers who live in Greece and had attended a a wedding with wealthy Greeks who had discussed the coup. Chapman also said he received confirmation a U.S. Marine Corps embassy guard in Athens. The Alex Jones show archives are ...

Perceived Humiliation Followed by Revenge

When I was in college, for a year-and-a-half I lived in a studio apartment attached to an old two-story house, in which lived 11 or 12 girls. I got to know them quite well. Some stayed there the entire time but some left and others arrived, so altogether I got to know maybe 15 girls. It was an eye-opening experience. One night I was in the room of one of them, listening to her records (this was before CDs, obviously). She was 21 years old, very attractive, very curvaceous. For some unknown reason she began to tell me about when she was 12 years old. She had been ostracized in the seventh grade, she told me. She showed me a picture. She didn’t look bad, just a gawky 12-year-old with ...

The Myth of Equality

In 21st century America, institutional racism and sexism remain great twin evils to be eradicated on our long journey to the wonderful world where, at last, all are equal. What are we to make, then, of a profession that rewards workers with fame and fortune, yet discriminates ruthlessly against women; an institution where Hispanics and Asians, 20 percent of the U.S. population, are neither sought after nor widely seen. In this profession, white males, a third of the population, retain a third of the jobs. But black males, 6.5 percent of the U.S. population, have 67 percent of the coveted positions—10 times their fair share. We are talking of the NFL. In figures reported by ...

What Your PC Knows About You

If someone could secretly stand behind you and monitor everything you’ve done on your PC, what would they discover about you that you would prefer to keep private? Thanks to new technologies that secretly track everywhere you go on the Internet, that’s an appropriate comparison of the threat you face unless you take advance precautions. Perhaps you’ve never visited a Web site you wouldn’t want your spouse, your children, your neighbors, or the FBI to know about. Perhaps you really do have “nothing to hide.” But if you do, you’ll want to understand the threat to your privacy – and what you can do to protect yourself. The centerpiece of this threat is ...

HARRISON BERGERON

THE YEAR WAS 2081, and everybody was finally equal. They weren't only equal before God and the law. They were equal every which way. Nobody was smarter than anybody else. Nobody was better looking than anybody else. Nobody was stronger or quicker than anybody else. All this equality was due to the 211th, 212th, and 213th Amendments to the Constitution, and to the unceasing vigilance of agents of the United States Handicapper General. Some things about living still weren't quite right, though. April for instance, still drove people crazy by not being springtime. And it was in that clammy month that the H-G men took George and Hazel Bergeron's fourteen-year-old son, Harrison, ...

No One Believes in Equality [Full Thread]

No one believes in equality, no matter what they claim. To be totally equal, people would have to be totally identical, the way two quarters or two nickels are identical. And being identical, they’d be interchangeable. The closest to total equality and total identicalness in nature are bees and ants, but even they are not identical and still have a division of labor, so they’re not interchangeable. On TV and in the movies, the closest were the Borg from “Star Trek.” Even they’re not equal and identical. Close, though, for humans. Let’s do a thought experiment and imagine if people were totally equal. We’d be clones, meaning we’d have to take over ...

BackBurnerNews put together a video montage of one way to awaken the masses and get the message out - with a megaphone. A crowd of people gather ’round to listen, and it’s obvious that the majority of them are receptive to non-traditional ideas - or rather, those ideas they don’t hear in the mainstream news but know to be true deep down. People know what’s going on in terms of the way our lives are being manipulated, even if they have just a hint that things aren’t always as they seem. Those who have lived their lives without being aware may only need a single Eureka moment to make a significant, long lasting impact on their individual well being and the ...

Antwun Parker remembered as good kid who loved to play basketball

He was known as "Speedy,” a jokester who liked to do back flips when he danced and hoped to make his mother rich by playing basketball. From the time Antwun Parker was 3, he carried a backpack with his basketball shoes in it so he could practice on the spur of the moment, his mother, Cleta Jennings, said Friday. He was wearing the backpack when he was shot to death last week in a pharmacy hold-up attempt. Parker fell in with the wrong crowd, his mother said, just weeks before he and an armed teen burst into Reliable Discount Pharmacy. Pharmacist Jerome Jay Ersland, 57, has been charged with first-degree murder, accused of firing five rounds into the boy’s body as he lay on ...

Ludwig Klages on Judaism, Christianity and Paganism

Ludwig Klages (1872–1956) was a prominent German philosopher associated with the intellectual movement known as ‘vitalism’ (Biozentrismus). He seems to have been a solitary child, but he developed an intense friendship with a Jewish classmate named Theodor Lessing, who would himself go on to achieve fame as the theorist of "Jewish Self-Hatred," a concept whose origins Lessing would later trace back to passionate discussions that he had had with Klages during their boyhood rambles on the windswept moors and beaches of their Lower Saxony home. Shortly after the NSDAP seized power at the beginning of 1933, one of Klages’s disciples established the Arbeitskreises ...

Now It’s The Post Covering Up John McCain’s Mob Connections IF YOU STILL DOUBT that the big media  is determined to keep under wraps the organized crime origins of the $200 million fortune of John McCain and his wife Cindy, take note of how the prestigious Washington Post touched on the issue in its July 22 edition. Rather, instead, note how the Post covered up the matter. The Post reported: Cindy Lou Hensley grew up as an only child, and a privileged one, in a large rancher in an upper-class section of Phoenix. Her dad, Jim Hensley, founded what became a large Anheuser-Busch distributorship, and her mom, Marguerite, was a proper belle who emphasized impeccable manners. The ...

When Villarreal’s mother arrived to pick up her son, panic set in and police began looking for the boy. A few hours later, Dallas police found the child unharmed with Paniagua in a neighborhood close to the school. Paniagua was apparently doing a favor for a friend and picked up the wrong boy whom he had never met. ...
