For those that do not know their was an open carry event at Olmos Park yesterday. The chief of police was informed about it by one of the organizers 24 hours in advance to ensure their would be no trouble from the police. The police chief ensured them that their would not harm to activists as long as they were acting legal and lawful On the day of the event Olmos Park police assaulted activists, Tazed them, arrested three individuals on false charges.
