Poster Comment:Putin spends $52 billion a year on defense. The US spends more than that in a month. The US has not ever had proper auditing of Defense spending in the modern era. The Pentagon spent $8.6 trillion since 1996 without proper accounting procedures. If the US issued a non-interest bearing currency like Lincoln'e Greenbacks there would be no national debt and no $500 billion a year in interest payments on that debt.
