Fake Eco-Friendly Corporations Shell out Millions of $ to Stop GMO Labeling Mike BarrettActivist Post By now most of us know of the enormous issue surrounding GMOs, GMO labeling, and Californias Proposition 37. Proposition 37, a bill that would require all genetically modified foods to be labeled in California, has gained tremendous support from the public. But while an overwhelming number of individuals want nothing more than for GMO foods to be labeled, others are doing everything in their power to stop such a bill from existing. It isnt surprising to see biotech giants like Monsanto go against Proposition 37 and GMO labeling, but do you have any idea who else is fighting ...

After reassessing my feelings for you, and taking a thorough inventory of our relationship, I have decided that it is time to man up, grow a set of testicles, and cut you from my life like the malignant tumor you are. As a courtesy to you, and as fair warning for all women out there, I have posted this on Craigslist hoping you read this letter as you are always reading these rants, and every other woman out there, knows what is coming as the wages of the described course of behavior. ...

There is a local coffee house I frequent. The last time I was there the woman who took our order who appeared to be about 25 also made our drinks. I didnt see anyone else behind the counter. Are you the only one working here? I asked. In response she put her hands akimbo on her hips and turned her head sideways. I started laughing. What are you, Superman? I asked. Supergirl, she answered. I crossed my wrists at my chest and said, You look more like youve got the Wonder Woman thing going. Well, she answered. She did have the uniform and bracelets. Then something struck me. You read ...

The state is at its most arrogant when it tries to protect us from ourselves. And there is perhaps no group of people subjected to a more absurd policy of state "protection" than the Jarawa tribe of India. They are confined to a reserve and forbidden to interact with outsiders, ostensibly for their own good. A recent documentary expressing concern for the future of this little-known group of hunter-gatherers begins as follows, The reclusive Jarawa people live on the Andaman Islands. Their lifestyle is threatened by poachers, loggers, and tourists.
We ask if India can protect an ancient tribe on the verge of extinction. Today, there are about 400 living Jarawas. Their ...

A retired U.S. Army colonel who now teaches modern warfare to soldiers at the University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. has co-written an article with a Civil War expert that has ignited a firestorm today among those increasingly concerned about what some say is a distinct anti-civilian tone that has infected much of the military and Homeland Security since 2009. Retired Col. Kevin Benson and Jennifer Weber, Associate Professor of History at the University of Kansas, co-wrote an article for Small Wars Journal on a 2010 Army report titled, "U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, The Army Operating Concept 2016 - 2028." The report describes ...
US government proposes law making it illegal for them to kill you Post Date: 2012-08-09 07:32:01 by Ada

Oxford, England Last Friday, US Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced HR 6357, a bill which aims to prohibit the extrajudicial killing of United States citizens by the federal government. In other words, in the Land of the Free, they need to pass a law to prevent the government from indiscriminately murdering its own citizens. Now if this doesnt give one reason to pause and consider the distortions of liberty that have taken place in western civilization, I dont know what will. Think about it: Does a free society send government hit men to eliminate anyone they perceive to be an enemy of the state? Does a free society have hundreds of police agencies, each with ...

Informants and military personnel are coming forth anonymously to confirm that martial law is right around the corner. However, right now we are under a silent martial law and citizens are reporting strange and unexplainable activity from the US armed forces and multiple federal agencies that point to a covert preparatory operation to completely lock down America in the very near future. Sources from multiple locations across the nation have independently confirmed that the US military are repositioning soldiers in conjunction with allied foreign troops in the initial stages of martial law. The US military are secretly moving massive amounts of equipment across ...

ATHENS, Greece (AP) Human rights group Amnesty International is calling on Greek authorities to stop mass roundups of suspected illegal immigrants, arguing that police are treating law-abiding foreigners like criminals and subjecting thousands of detained persons to "degrading and inhumane" conditions. The London-based group said Wednesday that legitimate asylum seekers were being denied proper assistance and that police were stopping and detaining suspects based on skin color. Greek police launched the mass deportation drive named operation Xenios-Zeus over the weekend. Some 2,000 officers in greater Athens detained around 7,000 immigrants. About 2,000 ...

The bad news for Rafael Lopez was that the 27-year-old Iraq war veteran had been robbed and severely beaten by a gang of at least 10 men on the street outside the Aqua nightclub in Minneapolis. The good news or Lopez initially thought was that the assault took place less than ten yards away from the 1st Police Precinct station. Bruised and bloodied, Lopez attempted to enter the station to file a complaint, only to be met by Officer Aaron Hanson, who angrily told him to leave. As Lopez tried to explain what had just happened to him, two of Hansons comrades "came out, put their gloves on and were yelling at me, telling me to get out," he later recalled. This ...

Yes this is going to sound like something out of the latest Mission Impossible film, but its a reality. A user by the name of HaveBlue constructed the lower receiver of an AR-15 using a 3D printer. The lower receiver is the section of the weapon that is considered the firearm as also has a serial number affixed to it, should it be purchased alone or complete with upper. You could call this a home brewed AR-15, and it will definitely get under the skin of gun grabbing liberals like Michael Bloomberg. Whats interesting is that the lower is made out of ABS plastic. The design called for steel so HaveBlue had to reinforce some of the areas of the ...

Our splendid military is all for show. If the whole United States active-duty military, excepting strategic nuclear weapons, disappeared tomorrow in a puff of smoke, would Americans be less secure, more secure, or about the same? That the answer is not self-evident points to the biggest military secret of our time: conventional armed forces are following the knights road. Knights in shining armor lasted for several centuries after they had become militarily obsolete. In fact, the armor got ever more splendid (and expensive). What was it for? Show. It was worn for tournaments, which remained a popular form of entertainment at court. It was donned for portraits of kings and noblemen ...

He is also the creator and host of the popular TV series "American Conspiracies" which is going into its third season. In this interview with George Noory of Coast to Coast AM, Ventura shared his contention that the gang-like mentalities of both the Republicans and the Democrats have allowed a corrupt political class and a powerful group of elite to manipulate elections and silence the average American voter. These two big parties are "very much like pro-wrestling," he commented. "In front of ...
Victory for California open-carry advocates, but the fight continues Post Date: 2012-07-30 14:53:14 by Artisan

There was recently a victory for 2nd Amendment advocates which didn't make big news among the national liberty movement, but it should definitely be acknowledged and used as a model for others. The city of Upland, California, located just east of the Los Angeles County line, settled a lawsuit in May with open-carry gun rights activists Christopher Hacopian and Scott Gibb, who had sued the city after being illegally detained by police. [The original article with full details of the Upland case appears below. Part 2 of the original incident was uploaded by youtube user "fknblshyt" on Feb 20, 2012, and currently has 894 views. This is a must-see, outrageous video which should ...

DHS received credible intel that suspects from terror listed nations would try to cross the border on busy American holidays. On July 4, 2004 23 suspects from nations on the terror list were allowed entry into the US without taking down their information or asking for fingerprints. When Julia Davis reported this, she was investigated 10 times before she was forced to leave DHS due to persecution. She was investigated 35 additional times after leaving DHS. Yet the investigation into the border incident she reported was pro forma. Her home in Palm Springs was raided without a ...

Amazing and inspiring...... George Dennehy was born without arms, but he plays guitar like a pro. How? The 18-year-old from Ashland, Virginia uses his feet. Last month, Dennehy uploaded his performance of "Iris" by The Goo Goo Dolls to YouTube. The performance was recorded during the Ashland Strawberry Faire; Dennehy is a 2012 Strawberry Faire Scholarship recipient. The video collected only a small number of views, until Dennehy posted the link on Reddit and it shot to the front page of the site in less than 24 hours. Dennehy also created an "I Am A" page on Reddit, a thread for users to ask questions and read answers. The Virginia teen told Reddit that he eats, ...

Seldom Requited July 23, 2012 Im trying to understand love of country. Its hard hoeing. Maybe some things just aint understandable. Or maybe its cause Im from West Virginia and dont have shoes, cause they aint any that fits people with twelve toes. How are you supposed to love a country where you can't get shoes? Im not even sure theres any such thing as a country. Mostly my country seems to be a bunch of brigands in Washington who send you tax forms to get money so they can kill people in some place that never did anything to you and you probably dont know where is. When did I ask them to do that? It looks to ...
