The persecution of Falun Gong is ending, laying the foundation for a stable China A new day arrives in China A new day arrives in China. (Photos.com) When Chongqings former top cop, Wang Lijun, fled for his life on Feb. 6 to the U.S. Consulate in Chengdu, and Chongqings Communist Party chief Bo Xilai pursued him with 70 police cars and armored vehicles, the first sign appeared of a power struggle breaking out at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The world has since been offered a glimpse at how the CCPs leadership operates behind closed doors. The world has also been given the opportunity to understand how the massive and powerful CCP organ ...

Vatic Note: This was just great for several reasons..... one, its an American song written by an American composer and it's about one of the more interesting times, culturally, in American history , which is the 30's. The second reason is, there was a fabulous jewelry store in my home town, and the owners name was "Rydz" and the name of the store was "Puttin on the Rydz". She was a jewelry designer called "Designs by Rydz". Her whole theme was 1930's art deco motif, with the painted sky line of NY in her shop, as it was in the 30's. All her display cases were made by hand in the art deco motif and her jewelry was custom designed one of a kind ...

Imagine the glass is a remote control that he picks up and deletes their infomercialisms so as to fast forward to the American Republic's program. Maybe it's actually that easy. We don't have to declare independence from them. They've seceded. Onward to our real form of government, the Constitution. Anyone who doesn't want to be a Constitutionalist, has no fidelity to our Republic, should have to file for a Visa to be here. If Visa's are considered too harsh, I'm open to some suggestions but not much.

"I always thought police were nothing but good and were there to protect people," testifies Elizabeth Polak, a registered nurse from Phoenix. Her view of the States enforcement caste changed dramatically as a result of what she witnessed in Denver on the evening of March 25, 2008. Polak, returning to her apartment following her daily jog, saw a man and a woman having an unremarkable conversation near the entrance to the building. Two police officers appeared a development always pregnant with trouble and approached the couple. From a distance of about 100 feet, Polak saw the officers stride purposefully toward the man, who was later identified as James Moore. ...
Holy moly! Virgins can get pregnant if Arizona's retroactive conception provision turns into law Post Date: 2012-04-04 01:21:14 by Tatarewicz

Arizona's new conception calculator. Virginity is no excuse. The forced-birther attacks on privacy and reproductive rights have brought new meaning to the word relentless. They attack on all fronts and when they lose, they don't back off. They innovate. One of the more recent efforts has been the outlawing of abortions after 20 weeks. Alabama, Indiana, Kansas, Oklahoma and Idaho all enacted laws in 2011 prohibiting abortion after 20 weeks of gestation based on the claim of "fetal pain." Nebraska adopted a similar law in 2010. Pro-choice advocates argue that these laws violate the Supreme Court's rulings that forbid states from placing undue burdens on women ...
Half of Irish Homeowners Join Boycott of New Property Tax Post Date: 2012-04-03 09:28:58 by F.A. Hayek Fan

DUBLIN Anti-austerity protesters are claiming victory after the government acknowledged that around 50 percent of Irelands estimated 1.6 million homeowners failed to pay a new, flat-rate $133 property tax by the March 31 deadline. It is quite clear a mass boycott has really sent this government a significant message it didnt want to hear, Luke Flanagan, one of the parliamentary deputies leading the opposition to the new household charge, said in an interview on Monday. When we started this campaign, even 25 percent support translating to several hundred thousand would have been phenomenal, but we estimate over a million people eligible to pay this tax ...

The Hutaree Case: Next, Time, They’ll Send in the Drones Post Date: 2012-04-01 17:28:18 by F.A. Hayek Fan

Next time the Regime identifies a group of people as "domestic terrorists," the result might be a summary mass execution, or imprisonment in military custody, rather than a trial. This is one very plausible result of the dismissal of "seditious conspiracy" charges against members of Michigans Hutaree militia. Thanks to the legal environment created by the NDAA, the Feds wont have to run the risks involved in submitting the next "domestic terrorism" case to the scrutiny of a court. Now that Attorney General Eric Holder has helpfully clarified that "due process" and "judicial process" arent the same thing, its entirely ...

DENVER A Colorado woman was charged with two felonies after allegedly calling into a local radio station and bragging about how she posed as mentally unstable to get excused from jury duty, KDVR reports. An arrest warrant was issued for Susan Cole after she reportedly called Denver's "Dave Logan Show" and described how she dressed and acted oddly for jury duty in the hopes she would appear to have mental problems. "I put black eyebrows on, red lipstick on, left my hair in curlers and wore a tee shirt that read 'Ask Me About My Best Seller,' " Cole allegedly told the station, calling herself "Char from Denver." Chinese police have arrested six people and shut 16 websites after rumours were spread that military vehicles were on the streets of Beijing, officials say. The web posts were picked up last week by media outlets around the world, amid uncertainty caused by the ouster of top political leader Bo Xilai. The State Internet Information Office (SIIO) said the rumours had a "very bad influence on the public". Two popular microblogs have temporarily stopped users from posting comments. The two sites, Sina Weibo and Tencent Weibo, are still letting people post to their own sites. But they said commenting on other people's posts would be disabled between 31 March and 3 April, so ...

Do not be confused by rumors: People's Daily commentary BEIJING, March 31 (Xinhua) -- Only by being fearless of risks, undisturbed by external noise and unconfused by gossip and rumors can China solidly "seek progress while ensuring stability," according to a commentary carried by the Saturday edition of the People's Daily. A clear head and a firm stand are needed to focus on the set tasks without being distracted by twisted ideological trends stemming from the capricious global and domestic conditions, according to the piece in the daily, the flagship newspaper of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The overall guiding policy--to seek progress while ensuring ...

Between a Rock and Our RightsIts heart-breaking to read the daily accounts of the Syrian government shelling neighborhoods and snipers gunning down protesting citizens in the streets. Syria, sadly, is hardly the only place where speaking ones mind or seeking political change can be met with threats and violence. Sometimes the brutality comes from the government itself. Sometimes the acts of intimidation and bloodshed come from extra-legal gangs acting in concert with those in power. Thank goodness we live in a country where one doesnt have to fear violence for ones political beliefs and activities. Or do we? Like many cities and states in our land, Colorados ...
Insane Michigan government announces plan to destroy ranch livestock based on hair color and arrest hundreds of ranchers as felons Post Date: 2012-03-30 18:24:25 by Original_Intent

(NaturalNews) The state of Michigan is only days away from engaging in what can only be called true "animal genocide" -- the mass murder of ranch animals based on the color of their hair. It's all part of a shocking new "Invasive Species Order" (ISO) put in place by Michigan's Department of Natural Resources (DNR). This Invasive Species Order suddenly and shockingly defines virtually all open-range pigs raised by small family farms to be illegal "invasive species," and possession of just one of these animals is now a felony crime in Michigan, punishable by up to four years in prison. The state has said it will "destroy" these pigs beginning in ...
Spanish workers hold general strike over labour reforms Post Date: 2012-03-29 16:22:03 by PSUSA2

Spanish unions are holding a general strike over labour reforms which the government hopes will cut unemployment. Road, rail and air transport were all affected, with domestic and European flights cut to a fraction of their normal levels. Unions claimed strong support at car factories and other industrial sites but Mariano Rajoy's conservative government played down the impact. It plans to unveil measures on Friday to save tens of billions of euros. The strike is the government's first big challenge since taking office. Thousands of people took part in rallies in cities across Spain, with most taking place peacefully. Noisy picket-lines formed outside transport hubs and some ...
Why Does The Department Of Homeland Security Need 450 MILLION Hollow Point Bullets? [Full Thread] Post Date: 2012-03-29 14:27:51 by Eric Stratton

Why Does The Department Of Homeland Security Need 450 MILLION Hollow Point Bullets? Somebody out there has decided that the Department of Homeland Security needs a whole lot of ammunition. Recently it was announced that ATK was awarded a contract to provide up to 450 MILLION hollow point bullets to the Department of Homeland Security over the next five years. Is it just me, or does that sound incredibly excessive? What in the world is the DHS going to do with 450 million rounds? What possible event would ever require that much ammunition? If the United States was ever invaded, it would be the job of the U.S. military to defend the country, so that can't be it. So what are all of those ...
UT Student Government seeks fluoride-free water fountains Post Date: 2012-03-28 23:28:53 by CadetD

The University of Texas Student Government approved a resolution Tuesday night asking UT officials to make at least two drinking water fountains on campus fluoride-free. The resolution asks that the fountains be in a prominent location and be retrofitted with reverse osmosis filters at a cost of about $1,000 each per year so students will know where to get a fluoride-free drink of water, said Robert Love, a Student Government representative from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. The resolution still must be signed by Student Government President Natalie Butler, who said she missed the meeting because of travel and wants to review the bill first. She said she expects to sign it. The ...

The Hunger Games Movie: First in an Exciting Trilogy Post Date: 2012-03-27 08:59:24 by Ada

Hunger Games posterImagine a dark world in which most of North America is destroyed and what remains is ruled by a totalitarian regime that represses any urge toward uprising by pitting children to fight against each other to the death. That is the premise of Suzanne Collins best-selling novel-turned-film, The Hunger Games, the first of a trilogy. Both the novel and the film have been highly popular among middle- and high-school students, as the plot delves into the world of tyranny and the mind of a heroine who is motivated by her survival instinct and her desire to help those in need, even at her own peril. Sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) has grown accustomed ...
Trayvon Martin and the Cult of Government Supremacy Post Date: 2012-03-27 08:28:55 by Ada

Nineteen days before the killing of Trayvon Martin by self-appointed block "captain" George Zimmerman, Manuel Loggins was murdered by an Orange County Sheriffs Deputy in the parking lot of San Clemente High School. Loggins, a deeply religious man, often visited the school to walk on the track and discuss the Bible with his daughters, who were with him on the morning he was murdered. According to the most recent of several official versions of the incident, the Deputy was concerned by Loggins "irrational" behavior, which involved crashing through a gate and attempting to leave the scene. Even this rendering of the episode, however, doesnt explain why a ...

Anxiety about a Northwest White Homeland Post Date: 2012-03-25 14:41:18 by X-15

The LATimes, always quick to pick up on new trends, published a propaganda piece by Kim Murphy which does its level best to pathologize Whites who want to live with other Whites (White supremacists revive dream of a homeland in Northwest.) (Actually, the trend has also been noticed by the SPLC and vy George Soros Media Matters.) The LATimes article is centered around the sentencing of Kevin Harpham to a 32-year prison term for leaving a backpack containing explosives along the route for a MLK-Day parade in January, 2011. What Harpham has to do with setting up a White homeland in the Northwest is left up to the readers conjecture, but I guess we are supposed to think ...
