Dear Friends and Supporters, Ed has been designated to the US Penitentiary in Victorville, CA. As if it is not bad enough what they have unjustly done to him, they have designated him to a max security, death trap prison and as far away from me as they possibly can. I don’t know if you are aware that Victorville was originally the George Air Force base, the first jet facility in America. When the Air Force abandoned it, they dumped hundreds of thousands of gallons of jet fuel in the ground water table. Jet fuel, when ingested, or when placed on the skin (showers) over prolonged periods, causes Astrocytoma, a deadly form of cancer. Astrocytoma builds tumors on the spine and in the ...

(Miss American for FederalJack)   Imagine a scenario where the government subsidizes (bribes) a corporation to force you, under some shady implied mandate,  to accept a newly invented Gizmo for your car.  The corporation tells you everyone “must have one”, “you don’t have any choice”, and if you refuse your car will cease to operate and be confiscated.  You feel a little nervous and skeptical since you never heard of this Gizmo and your friends haven’t either.  The corporation tells you that his Gizmo is going to save you money on your fuel bill, conserve the world’s energy, and help to save the earth from your morbidly ...

Organic v. Monsanto by Danielle Magnuson More than 270,000 organic farmers are taking on corporate agriculture giant Monsanto in a lawsuit filed March 30. Led by the Organic Seed Growers and Trade Association, the family farmers are fighting for the right to keep a portion of the world food supply organic—and preemptively protecting themselves from accusations of stealing genetically modified seeds that drift on to their pristine crop fields. Consumers are powerful. For more than a decade, a cultural shift has seen shoppers renounce the faster-fatter-bigger-cheaper mindset of factory farms, exposéd in the 2008 documentary Food, Inc. From heirloom tomatoes to heritage ...

President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law. It contains a sweeping worldwide indefinite detention provision. The dangerous new law can be used by this and future presidents to militarily detain people captured far from any battlefield. He signed it. Now, we have to fight it wherever we can and for as long as it takes. Sign the ACLU's pledge to fight worldwide indefinite detention for as long as it takes. I’m outraged that the statute President Obama signed into law authorizes worldwide military detention without charge or trial. I pledge to stand with the ACLU in seeking the reversal of indefinite military detention authority for as long as it ...

And, the very idea that a small business owner would brazenly admit that he doesn't love cops must have been terribly upsetting to you, a real, live humie bean. He should secretly loathe and despise you the way the good people behind the Iron Curtain did the Stasi and The KGB. I know I do. If you need a quick BJ to salve your wounded ego please see ...

What Government Really Is
Post Date: 2011-12-28 12:08:20 by Ada

A theory should explain something without reference to something else. That is, a metaphor doesn’t work. It’s just a description. If you say that government is a kind of ‘social contract,’ you are merely describing how it seems to you…or what you think it might be comparable to. Our theory is that government is a natural phenomenon, an expression of power relationships, in which some people seek to dominate others by force. These dominators gather ‘insiders’ together so that they can take money, power and status away from other people, the ‘outsiders.’ Many people think that government provides some service. That is true, but it is ...

US removes Mullah Omar from terror list

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly removed the name of Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar from the list of "most wanted terrorists." The report came following Washington's secret meetings with the Taliban after one decade of war, Pakistani media reported. US officials have held several meetings with representatives of the Afghan Taliban leader, headed by Tayyib Agha, in Germany and Qatar over the past months. During the meetings, the US and Taliban negotiators reached a deal to transfer five Taliban militants, who are under custody in Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, to Qatar. The removal of Mullah Omar's name from the terror list comes after the ...

Military junta may replace KGB junta in Russia An Ukrainian political analyst Viktor Kalashnikov published on information portal Zahid an article with a warning of a danger of a military coup after the overthrow of Putin's KGB junta by Democratic forces. A few days ago, former Putin's adviser Illarionov, now living in Washington DC, also told an interview to a Russian radio station about a possibility of a military coup in Russia. Viktor Kalashnikov wrote: "Neither Putin nor Medvedev conceived and developed the plans for wars against Chechnya and Georgia, for military and political intrigues in the Middle East or for a new confrontation with the NATO. It is absolutely ...

It could be the biggest, most explosive story in modern history. We are just starting to put the pieces together and understand what is going on in the occult financial geopolitical scene, and how a 117-nation alliance is working to free the Earth from financial tyranny. [UPDATE, NEXT MORNING: On the same day this article came out, Benjamin Fulford was allegedly detained in a hotel against his will by a "CIA-type group"... and his life may be in danger. This caused him to miss his appearance on a TV show he was scheduled to be on. The videos are at the end. This could be serious. We pray for Ben's well-being and encourage you to help spread the word. Publicity is ...

Their 'Right' to Kill, Our Duty to Die: The Murder of Otto Zehm

Otto Zehm, a mentally handicapped, 36-year-old unemployed janitor, was beaten to death in a Spokane convenience store in March 2006. "All I wanted was a Snickers bar," pleaded the battered and bloody man before he was gagged by his assailant. On November 4, Karl Thompson, the man convicted of killing Zehm, was taken to jail. Several dozen members of Thompson’s gang were gathered outside the courtroom – most of them proudly wearing the colors – to "show their honor" by offering the murderer a public salute. Thompson – whose hands weren’t cuffed, in violation of long-established rules – smiled and returned the gesture. Zehm’s ...

A US Department of State report has recommended closing the American consulate in Leipzig and reducing staff at other missions in Germany. While the audit report, compiled in September by the agency’s Office of Inspector General, singled out Ambassador Philip Murphy for high praise, it also said some US diplomats have “morale problems” and there have been serious allegations of sexual and racial harassment among staff members. US Embassy spokesman Peter Claussen told The Local this week that senior officials in Washington, DC were deciding whether to close the Leipzig consulate or lay off local workers but no decisions have been made yet. “It’ll be people ...

Riots in western Kazakhstan could destabilise the country

Riots in western Kazakhstan that have killed at least 14 people are a potential game changer for the former Soviet state. The authorities know that if they can contain the protests within the remote western region through a mix of military force and information manipulation then they should be able to pass off the violence as the work of rogue troublemakers. But if the plight of the former oil workers, who have formed the core of the rioters, resonates with the rest of the country and anti-government protests spread to cities outside western Kazakhstan, then they could be facing something far more serious and destabilising. Symbolism is important to Nursultan Nazarbayev, ...

The Christmas Hope: A To-Do List for a Better World

The Christmas Hope: A To-Do List for a Better World By John W. Whitehead December 19, 2011“The Christmas hope for peace and good will toward all men can no longer be dismissed as a kind of pious dream of some utopian. If we don’t have good will toward men in this world, we will destroy ourselves by the misuse of our own instruments and our own power. Wisdom born of experience should tell us that war is obsolete. We must either learn to live together as brothers or we are going to perish together as fools.”—Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr., Christmas Eve sermon, 1967 As a child, my Christmas wish list came right out of the Sears and Roebuck catalogue—toys, ...

This is the last in a series. We began by wondering how come some people get to boss other people around... We’re not talking about wives and husbands or employees and their employers. In those cases, the bossing is legit. Husbands ask for it. And employees can walk off the job anytime they like. We’re talking about people who have the right — by law — to tell other people what to do. The TSA agent...the policeman...the building inspector...the customs agent...the IRS clerk...the FDA...the CIA...the FBI... It is a remarkable thing, don’t you think, dear reader? It says right there in the Declaration of Independence that ‘all men are created equal.’ ...

1) Which of the following are examples of the absolute joy of being a banker? A) In June of 2010 the US deficit was 68 billion dollars but the bankers sold 211 billion dollars in Treasury bonds and pocketed the 143 billion dollar difference. B) Bankers have special access to all federal government computers and are allowed to steal up to 4 billion dollars a week which the politicians and the voters are not allowed to audit. C) Because the schools are not allowed to teach the difference between an interest bearing currency and a debt free money bankers are paid 500 billion dollars a year in interest. That is 500 billion dollars a year because your money says Federal Reserve Note and not ...

Should you leave the USA before the collapse? Words of wisdom from someone who tried

An interesting read. I disagree with his general conclusions even though his points have merit. --- One of the most common questions I’m asked today from people who are aware of what’s really going on is, “Should I leave the USA to get away from the coming police state?” Three years ago, I would have said YES, but today, after having experienced such an effort myself and now having a clear understanding of the ramifications of such an effort, I must urge people to reconsider. As you’ll read here, you may ultimately be far safer and more successful living right where you are, in your “home country,” even if that home country becomes a police state. ...

How I beat a $700 ticket in 30 seconds in courtLibertyFight.com12-14-11 The purpose of this article is to illustrate to motorists, particularly in California, that it is very easy to challenge and beat all types of traffic tickets. I encourage everyone to do so. Last November I got a ticket from a CHP cop for an alleged logbook violation. I was in San Bernardino County, on I40 going eastbound. I was not driving, I was sitting in the passenger seat. My partner and I saw a big rig getting pulled over directly in front of us. The cop then pointed at us and made us stop too. My partner had allegedly bypassed an inpromptu checkpoint which was being held at a rest stop. Neither one of us had ...
