TenthAmendmentCenter | March 31, 2010 Judge Napolitano, on the Glenn Beck show, interviews UT State Rep. Carl Wimmer and Josh Eboch of the Tenth Amendment Center on eminent domain, state sovereignty, and more. http://www.tenthamendmentcenter.com
Poster Comment:At 3:14, Judge Napolitano shows a map of the US marked in red for land claimed to be federal property, largely in the West. 80-90% of Utah and its resources have been so taken over, vast amounts during the Clinton admin (UN Heritage agenda, restricted roads, etc.), and D.C. wants more. The phrase "eminent domain" is nowhere in the Constitution. This is the "Enclave Clause" (Article I, Section 8, Clause 17) ...

I generally vacation in the Missouri Ozarks, and have since I was a kid, with my parents, when we would go to Branson before it turned into a senior citizens' entertainment mecca featuring, of all things, one Shoji Tabuchi, an Asian fiddle player with a huge toothy grin and a Moe Howard bowl haircut. He's completely normal, though, compared to the Ejector Seat, in which two people are strapped into a seat, with their arms across their chests (perfect for a fitting ready-made into a pine box, in my opinion) and hurled shrieking a few hundred feet into the air in-between two elastic cables anchored to two towers. I opined I wouldn't go on it for less than $1,000 cash, since I ...

Share this one far and wide First we created what has turned into the ultimate TSA abuses reference video..."The TSA is Out of Control" Then, we traced the problem to its source, a government-criminal enterprise operated by Michael Chertoff. Now, we present the solution. Please share this video far and wide. Send the link to bloggers and writers and other influential people. A special request to StumbleUpon users to give this page a thumbs up. We can beat these devils, but we better get real info out before they drown the country in BS. Brasscheck TV has done its part. Now, we ask you to do yours. Thanks. Bottom line: Bomb-sniffing dogs work infinitely better than any ...
Chris Matthews Says That Pointing Out Chertoff's Conflict Of Interest Over Rapiscan TSA Scanners Is Slander? Post Date: 2010-12-01 04:18:58 by Itistoolate

Chris Matthews Says That Pointing Out Chertoff's Conflict Of Interest Over Rapiscan TSA Scanners Is Slander? by Mike Masnick Michael Chertoff's conflict of interest over the Rapiscan full body "naked" scanners used by the TSA in airports is old news. It was reported on widely earlier this year, and again in the past few weeks. So it does seem kind of odd (as pointed out via Radley Balko) that MSNBC TV guy Chris Matthews appears to accuse someone of slander for pointing it out. Of course, if you watch the video, what Matthews does is even more insidious -- which is taking what Ginger McCall actually says, and twisting it to pretend she said something different. She points ...

Since it is the nature of people to understand stories more easily than most anything else, I will tell one. Lets call it a fairytale. Once upon a time, not so long ago and not so far away, there was a large, prosperous village than unfortunately had an idiot for a king. Unfortunately, his advisors were idiots, too. Down the road a bit was another village, one that was tiny and poor and not a threat at all to our large, prosperous village. Somehow, the Idiot King, along with his idiot advisors, got it in their heads the poor, tiny village had a insane homicidal maniac for a king. Along with that, many of the people in the village were also supposed to be insane homicidal maniacs. ...

What does modern North Korea, 1600 ~ 1853 Imperial Japan and the USA have in common? Those government's try to support failing systems by cutting their people off from the foreign influence. It's called, in Japanese, Sakoku. Sakoku means something like isolation from the outside. In North Korea, if they catch you trying to escape, they execute you. Imperial Japan did the same thing. How much longer until the USA tries this? Laugh now but the situation there is getting more absurd by the minute. People from the outside of the USA can't send you regular mail in many cases anymore. Americans have lost their freedoms and their country. How much longer will they tolerate what has ...
More Than 8 Million Americans "shit-can" credit cards ! Post Date: 2010-11-30 05:04:46 by noone222

NEW YORK (AP) - More than 8 million consumers stopped using credit cards over the past year. The decline stems from a combination of consumer choices and bank actions. An analysis by credit reporting agency TransUnion found that use of general purpose credit cards bearing MasterCard or Visa logos, or issued by Discover or American Express, fell more than 11 percent in the third quarter, compared with the July to September period last year. About 62 million people now have an active card, compared with 70 million a year ago. The Chicago company found that consumers in the subprime category, or those with low credit ratings, were believed to be without cards mostly because they were shut ...

The Real Problem with Drugs Post Date: 2010-11-29 10:46:24 by Turtle

The real problem with drugs is not Mexicans supplying drugs, no matter how vicious and murderous the drug cartels are. When there is a demand, there is always going to be a supply. It's an economic law, and no one can stop it. Nether is the problem the demand for drugs by Americans, no matter how many of them are the kinds of people who want to do nothing but take drugs. As a wise man once said two thousand years ago, the poor are always with us. Not financially poor, but poor in spirit and character. The problem is that which gets in between the supply and demand: the State. Specifically, grossly overpaid, underworked, not-very-bright, self-deluded bureaucrats who think the force and ...

So, you think AIT is bad? Check this out: TSA Secure Flight Program Post Date: 2010-11-28 15:53:51 by buckeroo

Overview Secure Flight, the Transportation Security Administrations (TSA) behind-the-scenes watch list matching program, fulfills a key recommendation of the 9/11 Commission by assuming responsibility of watch list matching from individual airlines. By establishing a consistent watch list matching system, Secure Flight enhances aviation security and more effectively facilitates air travel for passengers. Secure Flight requires airlines to collect a passengers full name (as it appears on government-issued ID), date of birth, gender and Redress Number (if applicable). By providing complete information, passengers can significantly decrease the likelihood of watch list ...

In every war that we've publicly known about the American Public was conned into believing that it was always "the right thing and the ONLY thing to do." Fifty years after the fact when the archives were unsealed we finally discovered in each and every instance the United States lied to the people of this nation-just to have the illegal and unnecessary wars in which hundreds of millions of people died. From WWI through WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the undeclared preemptive strike by GWH Bush in Panama, all the way through the 1991 Iraq War, to the attack on Afghanistan and then back to the war that never really stopped in Iraq, this time under Junior's diseased oversight. ...

Stealing Camp Zoe: The Forfeiture Gang Strikes Post Date: 2010-11-26 06:48:39 by Ada

Mike Johnston's first hint that something unusual was happening at Camp Zoe was the presence of four police officers at Tiffany Hall, the campground's dining area. "I wondered if the police might be looking for someone's missing kid," Mike recalled to Pro Libertate. "But as I walked through the camp I saw a couple more, and then a couple more and then I saw a bunch of guys in SWAT fatigues with assault rifles. One of them had a German Shepherd on a leash. All of them were doing their best to look intimidating." The armed visitors who materialized at about 7:30 a.m. on November 1 were part of a multi-jurisdictional task force that invaded Camp Zoe, ...

BARBARA BUSH EXPLAINS MISCARRIAGE OF ANECODOTE George H.W. Bush and Barbara Bush appeared on CNN's "Larry King Live" Monday night, and George said that the two were "living a quiet life" (even though he said he still planned on sky diving in 2014 to mark his 90th birthday, an endeavor he undertakes every year). He said that he doesn't miss life in the White House. "I don't miss going to work every day in the White House. I miss the presidency, of course, and I love being president. I love working at trying to help people and helping solve problems. But it was great. But that's gone. That's history." As for the other former President ...

ARE US AIRLINES GETTING SECRET BAILOUT FOR ALLOWING TSA TO RUIN THEIR BUSINESS?? Post Date: 2010-11-23 13:51:14 by Original_Intent

When a business industry is affected negatively by government action, the industry usually fights back and eventually wins to revive their business. However, when the TSA has probably cost the airline industry millions of fliers and billions of dollars, you can't hear a peep from the airlines or their stockholders. I am semiretired and could probably fly 6 to 10 times a year and yet I'm afraid to set foot in an airport where I can be radiated, fondled, raped, and intimidated by grammar school dropout goons. In reading various polls, there are thousands of people in the US with similar apprehensions. Yet, the airline industry will not stand up and fight this giant revenue loss. ...
