NO ADL, NO HATE LAW ENFORCEMENT By Rev. Ted Pike 7 Dec 09 The Anti-Defamation League is not backing down from its outrageous claim that millions of Americans are conspiring against Obama! ADLs recent report, Rage in America: Anti-Government Conspiracies, claims millions of anti-Obama Americans, consumed with "toxic rage," will say almost anything necessary to bring the President down. But spokeswoman Myrna Shinbaum says the backlash against ADL is simply a misunderstanding: The comments are coming from people who have not read the report
Theyre reacting to the media spin and not its substance. (Jewish Telegraph Agency, "Conservatives Rap ADL ...

Lawyer sues traffic and parking courts in Indianapolis, Indiana over threatened $2500 penalty for contesting a ticket in court. Motorists who receive minor parking or traffic tickets in Indianapolis, Indiana are being threatened with fines of up to $2500 if they attempt to take the ticket to court. A local attorney with the firm Roberts and Bishop was so outraged by what he saw in Marion County traffic court that he filed a class action suit yesterday seeking to have the practice banned as unconstitutional. "The deck is stacked against the motorist," lawyer Paul K. Ogden wrote. "To penalize that person for seeking justice seems wrong. I know it is done for the purpose of ...

It's Showtime for Mark Cuban Post Date: 2009-12-08 12:51:01 by Horse

Billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, who has been harassed by the SEC, will now get the chance to conduct a little harassment of his own. A federal judge has granted Cuban the right to seek some internal e-mail messages, phone records and other communications from the S.E.C. regarding its case against him. The SEC accused Cuban of being involved in insider trading when he sold shares in an Internet search engine company, Mamma.com, after receiving confidential information about a private offering in 2004. The S.E.C. said Cuban avoided a loss of $750,000 by selling his 600,000 shares. Cuban will be able to request information from the SEC about how it handled the ...

A Critical Decision Post Date: 2009-12-07 06:16:50 by Ada

Members of all branches of the United States Military will soon be facing a most critical decision. The European Union Times is reporting here that Obama is using the deployment of additional troops to Afghanistan to cover for the movement of some 200,000 troops, presently on duty in countries other than Iraq and Afghanistan, to USNORTHCOM to prepare for the "expected outbreak of Civil War within the United States before the end of winter." It would appear those who call themselves "public servants" believe the people they supposedly serve have become dissatisfied with their job performance and will resort to some form of civil disobedience, which will necessitate ...

Ive read my share of columns on police abuse and the police state. Ive seen my share of videos on YouTube of police abusing people for the most mundane things like speeding, riding a bike on a sidewalk, riding a bike down the street, and, civil, non-violent protest. But until just recently I hadnt experienced it myself firsthand. I was down in Chinatown in Washington DC for dinner and a movie. After leaving the movie theater I noticed cops parked on the side of the road in front of the movie theater. These cops had out their little pen lights and they were randomly pulling over passing drivers. I crossed the street and saw a small gathering of other folks standing there ...

THE UNRAVELING OF AMERICAS SOUL By Greg Evensen October 12, 2008 While traveling deep in the heart of America on I-70 in Kansas, I realized that Abilene represented two entirely different American nations. One was the cow-town of the 1880s. The other was a peaceful appearing prosperous American small town. Abilene is a blend of substantial older buildings, businesses and exquisite homes that were built before the turn of the 20th century. Although the legacy of the power and money that built them is long gone, they were very well kept and reflected a character of the time, and the men and women who occupied them. Across the street from the immaculate train station of this ...

There is a division of the house. On one side are the politically correct in government, the leftist mainstream media, and a raft of Islamist apologists. One and all are tripping over each other in reassuring us that the mass murderers such as Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and suicide bombers who detonate their explosive vests in crowded marketplaces and even mosques are individual anomalies and Islam is not responsible for what they do. On the other hand are those who have been fed up with the numberless daily horrific acts that are clearly committed under the banner of Islam throughout the world. In all fairness, there needs to be a distinction. Numerous criminal acts are also committed, on a ...

Secrets to a Happy Life: A Primer for 20-Something Whites Christopher Donovan November 17, 2009 Is age 36 comparatively too young for me to be dispensing life advice? Probably. But I've seen enough misery among White friends, relatives, and co-workers who are in their 30s and 40s that I'm motivated to write. A lot of the misery, I'm convinced, is caused by the death-inducing lies fed to Whites by the popular culture a culture that is heavily influenced by consumerism, pharmacology, misguided White liberalism and our Jewish ethnic competitors. Whites today are a mess. They're declining in numbers, politically dispossessed, and confused about who they are. They ...

European ISPs attack secret Acta copyright talks Post Date: 2009-12-02 12:45:56 by Horse

Europe's ISP industry body has attacked a global copyright agreement, currently being negotiated in secret, that could lead to the disconnection of internet users who are accused of persistent copyright infringement. The European ISP Association (EuroISPA) said in a statement on Monday that the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (Acta) threatened the openness of the internet and would not, in any case, be effective in fighting copyright infringement. The organisation also criticised the fact that citizens' representatives are not involved in the negotiations. Acta is currently being negotiated between trade representatives from the EU, the US, Japan, Korea, Canada, Australia and ...

CNN Slams Patriot Movement, Misrepresents FEMA Camp Evidence Debbie Morgan, debbie@takebackwashington.com December, 2009 In a flagrant attempt to mislead the American Public, CNN aired a series of hit pieces on patriots and the militia. One specific report by John Acosta was about the Oath Keepers, a group of military, firefighters, veterans and police officers who have decided to take their oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States seriously. Making a rather snide comment about the patriot movement, it may be time for Acosta to answer one quick question for the American people
since when did being a patriot in America garner ...
Agents of the state are morally responsible for their actions Post Date: 2009-12-02 05:56:47 by Ada

I am sometimes upbraided for excoriating policemen or the military or [fill in the blank with the state agent of your choice] because I allegedly do not take into account that policemen or military are individuals with unique motives and values. The accusation runs...it may be true that the legal system currently expresses and enforces injustice, but many individual policemen are honorable and believe in the constitution. Thus, it is unfair to hold them responsible for a system that they are trying to change. I disagree. As long as an individual freely chooses to violate the rights of peaceful people -- and the War on Drugs (to state just one example) is clearly such a violation -- then it ...

Woman who shot man at bus stop won't be charged Prosecutors say she acted in self-defense By SCOTT SUNDE SPECIAL TO SEATTLEPI.COM A woman who shot a man in the chest in downtown Seattle in April was acting in self-defense and won't be charged with a crime, King County prosecutors said Tuesday. The 26-year-old man was shot in the chest but rushed to Harborview Medical Center and survived his wounds. The shooting took place after a bump on a Metro bus escalated into angry words, obscene gestures, and, finally, the man charging the woman even though she showed she had a gun. Prosecutors said in the statement that that Sara Brereton, 31, "acted in defense of herself, her ...

On "Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura," which premieres on Dec. 2nd at 10 pm, Ventura and his team of researchers take on a number of curious conspiracies and postulate if the terrorist attack on 9/11 was an inside job, or if the mysterious High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) complex in rural Alaska has the power to create tidal waves and control minds. Starpulse spoke to Governor Ventura about developing the show, his conversation with Fidel ...

Inspired by Rick Sabtellis now legendary rant on CNBC, Peace and a business partner set-up a tea party website. Within days, we received tens of thousands of e-mails and passionate pleas for government accountability. Our vision was to change the political debate focused on general divisions to one centered on specific solutions. We asked our supporters to question party-line politicians and demand that our leaders take a more independent and reasoned stance on the issues facing our ...

The State of the Revolution Mike Adams Monday, November 30, 2009 Authors Note: I would like to thank the Pope Center for Higher Education Policy for sponsoring my next speech, which this Thursday, December 3rd. The speech will take place in the Talley Student Center Grand Ball Room at N.C. State University in Raleigh, NC. It will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be free and open to the public. Its hard to believe it has been over four years since I spoke at N.C. State. That night, back in August of 2005, I gave a speech calling for a conservative revolution on our college campuses. I suggested many things that could be done to launch such a revolution. My criticism of the UNC ...
Battle Rifle Basics Post Date: 2009-11-30 06:32:13 by Ada

While anyone with an elementary knowledge of firearms recognizes the advantages of a handgun for concealed and close quarters defense use, the time where a battle rifle could be used for self-defense is rapidly approaching. The size and weight of a handgun provides many advantages but these factors also become a liability if one is forced to defend themselves at a distance of more than a few yards. While there exist handguns used for hunting and target shooting, those are not usually carried or used for self-defense and their effective range is still limited, especially when compared to a battle rifle. Everyone, with the possible exception of those who still believe answers to our ...
