Member expressed concerns about martial law training, told information was privileged Paul Joseph WatsonPrison Planet.com Monday, February 2, 2009 A large church organization has refused to divulge how many of its pastors are on the FEMA payroll, after a member expressed concerns about religious leaders being used to condition their congregation to accept the declaration of martial law. In a May 2006 story we first broke the shocking news that FEMA was training pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to obey the government in preparation for a declaration of martial law, property and firearm ...

J.D. Tuccille, Civil Liberties Examiner The Obama administration is off to a good start on civil liberties when it comes to Guantanamo, reviving some hopes of due process and the possibility that arrest by federal agents will less frequently result in people dangling by their thumbs. President Obama is also making the right noises on medical marijuana. But gun owners are more than a bit concerned that their rights will be ridden over roughshod during the next few years. While there's no sure way of heading off government action, it is possible to evade and sabotage the enforcement of restrictive laws. Specifically, gun owners should continue to acquire and distribute the know-how for ...
Florida Gun Dealers Report Shortages of Bullets Post Date: 2009-02-10 12:04:13 by Brian S

Selling bullets may be the most secure job in Florida as long as supplies last. After months of heavy buying, gun dealers across the state are experiencing shortages. Some say it began with the election of President Barack Obama. Others say it's about the economic downturn or fear of crime. Whatever the reasons, ammunition has been selling like plywood and bottled water in the days before a hurricane. "The survivalist in all of us comes out," said John Ritz, manager of East Orange Shooting Sports in Winter Park. "It's more about protecting what you have." Demand for bullets is so strong that suppliers are restricting deliveries. "Where we used to get ...
Revolt brews in counties Post Date: 2009-02-09 21:27:57 by Horse

Counties in California say they've had enough and they aren't going to take it anymore. In what amounts to a Boston Tea Party-style revolt against the state Capitol, they're threatening to withhold money. Los Angeles is considering such an option. And Colusa County supervisors said they authorized payment delays for February. "We didn't vote on it, because I don't think anybody wants to go to jail," Colusa County Supervisor Kim Vann said. Closer to home, Sacramento County is planning to file a lawsuit this week against the state and Controller John Chiang for withholding millions of dollars much of it for social service programs. "The ...

Go to link for full article. This guy is great and should have a wider readership: Im sure everyone has heard the astounding news that another Pope has caved to anti-Christs, who are probably funding the Vatican in exchange for this sort of thing. First he was asked to resign for not crucifying his bishop at the insistence of the Jews. Keep in mind that there are thousands of pro-abortion politicians and other prominent people who are members in good standing as Catholics, but one who dares to argue not about the occurrence but merely the number of casualties in the Holohoax must be drawn and quartered. Question any other real holocaust and youll encounter no resistance ...

WASHINGTON --- A federal jury in Memphis, Tenn., today found Arthur Sease IV, a former Memphis Police Department officer, guilty on forty-four counts of civil rights, narcotics, robbery and firearms offenses, Acting Assistant Attorney General Loretta King of the Civil Rights Division and U.S. Attorney Lawrence J. Laurenzi for the Western District of Tennessee announced. The evidence at trial showed that from November 2003 through April 2006, Sease conspired with other Memphis police officers to use their authority as law enforcement officers, including their service weapons, to rob suspected drug dealers of cash, cocaine and marijuana. Sease and his co-conspirators would then resell the ...
DHS Checkpoint Blog Entry 14: Obedience Training Post Date: 2009-02-08 11:00:24 by Artisan

On November 26th, I was stopped & seized for about the 50th time since the beginning of 2008. The seizure took place at an internal suspicionless Homeland Security checkpoint along Southern Arizona's SR86 near mile post 146. SR86 is an East-West public highway located over 40 miles North of the border and never intersects the border at any point. During the stop, Agent Gilmore admitted he knew who I was & all three agents told me I wasn't being detained. Nonetheless, these facts didn't stop the agents from refusing to allow me to go about my lawful business, choosing instead to escalate the encounter by requesting that I move to secondary inspection for more ...

- Here's one that got sick of the bs, quit bein a cop and is now teaching us everything he can. I was damn near a clone to someone they were looking for once. They even squealed their tires and jumped out of their car just like in the movies. They knew something was wrong when I didn't run. When I asked, "What's the problem officers?" they took their hands off their pistols and stopped running. I had the right to run. I had the right to cuss at them. Neither reaction woulda been smart. As it was, I presented ID and was rid of them in less than 2 minutes. Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP) is a 10,000-member organization representing cops, judges, ...

Associated Press Writer 9:09 PM EST, February 7, 2009 CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) Tens of thousands of protesters marched in Caracas on Saturday to oppose a constitutional amendment that could allow President Hugo Chavez to run for re-election indefinitely. Marchers waved the nation's flag and peered through glasses framed by the word "No" to encourage people to vote against ending term limits for all elected officials in a Feb. 15 referendum backed by Venezuela's socialist leader. "Everything's gotten worse," said Yraiber Davila, a 24-year-old mechanical engineer who complained of rampant crime, a lack of government services and the difficulty of ...

I don't want to kill you. I don't even want to wound you. I admire your courage and the commitment you've made to help others, often at risk of own your life. I hope you won't come for me, because if you do, one of us will die. It may be you. I've done nothing wrong. I don't intend to. But the government which you serve has passed too many laws. I am sure to accidentally break one, some day. And that same government is systematically destroying the unalienable rights which our Constitution says may not be infringed very specifically, my right to keep and bear arms. I am not some wacko lunatic, but I can no longer stand idly by, while decent people are ...

Poster Comment:In the movie and novel, Josey Wales was Scots-Irish and from the Missouri Ozarks, as were some of Turtle's ancestors (actually from Poplar Bluff, Missouri). The rest of Turtle's ancestors were Scots-Irish from Tenneesee and Kentucky, except for the German part from Alton, Illinois. The names Wales, Welsh, Welch, Walsh, Wallace (Turtle's real name) are all variations of the same name. The U.S. will not be saved by the nancy-boys on the East and West coasts. It will be saved by Midwesterners and Southerners (most of whom are Scots-Irish, too). Turtle even knows how to use a double-action pistol.
RESIST ILLEGAL ORDERS. ASSERT YOUR GOD GIVEN RIGHTS. (Filming Cops- Video) Post Date: 2009-02-05 21:35:31 by Artisan

It is NOT illegal to film police officers, despite what the degenerate jackboot kook cop in this video claimed. Only those who are not the dark side seek to hide their deeds. I am not afraid to film and broadcast the truth. I did not turn off the camera when he gave his illegal demand. I did not consent to a warrantless search. He made me get out of the car, but as you will see, I repeated that I DO NOT consent to a search of my automobile. I then told them that I am rolling up the windows and locking my doors, which I did. Because I did this, they did not search my car and could not steal my camera. This scum then told me off camera that he would "handcuff me, take me to jail ,and ...

The Hungarian currency sinks to its lowest level ever against the euro, as the unemployment 57;gure rises. Greek farmers block the road into Bulgaria in protest at low prices for their produce. New 57;gures from the biggest bank in the Baltic show that the three post-Soviet states there face the biggest recessions in Europe. Workers at the Lindsey Oil Refinery, near Immingham, England, raise their hands to show support of the continuation of their unofficial protest. Workers protest the hiring of foreign laborers while British unemployment grows by the day. Such industrial unrest is sweeping Europe. Reporting from London -- Hundreds of British workers walked off the job Monday, part of a rising tide of industrial unrest sweeping Europe as the continent's economic downturn worsens. Employees at two nuclear power plants in northern England staged wildcat strikes in support of workers at an oil refinery who have been out in protest since the end of last week. The job action has tapped into a deep well of ...

Much of what we read on the LRC page and elsewhere involves unjust or criminal actions by people employed by governments. Whether it be the aftermath of the infamous Duke Lacrosse Non-Rape, Non-Kidnapping, and Non-Sexual Assault Case, the Little Rascals Case, or yet another situation involving a wrongful prosecution and conviction, we are given example after example of government wrongdoing and outright criminal behavior. In any of these stories, one or all of the following will have occurred: (1) Prosecutors hide exculpatory evidence or just lie, (2) prosecutors suborn perjured testimony, (3) police officers lie on the witness stand, and (4) judges sit back and do nothing while an ...

Recently, reviewing lobbying disclosure reports, the Washington Times discovered "that 18 of the top 20 recipients of federal bailout money spent a combined $12.2 million lobbying the White House, the Treasury Department, Congress, and federal agencies during the last quarter of 2008." Citibank alone, according to the New York Times, fielded "an army of Washington lobbyists," plunking down $1.77 million in lobbying fees just in the fourth quarter of last year. And it isn't only sinking financial institutions begging for federal dollars that have bolstered their Washington lobbying corps. So have the biggest U.S. armaments companies "drastically," ...
