Texas Red Light Camera Offenses Require Imagination Red light cameras in Texas are ticketing motorists who had legally entered intersections. The red light camera programs throughout Texas have opened themselves up to a significant new legal challenge. KTVT-TV reports that the Garland, Texas has essentially made up its own definition of red light running to ticket motorists who have not violated the law. Since Garland was one of the first cities to adopt red light cameras, its ordinance served as a model for the rest of the state. Most other cities use Garland's definition of red light running. According to Garland's ordinance, a ticket will be issued "if the vehicle proceeds ...

Poster Comment:This link provides very simple instructions on how to get free internet. All you need is a free AP within line of sight of the antenna. Antenna height helps. This can be some rest areas along the interstate, Starbucks, McDonalds, Office Depot (I think...) and many others. You can get surprisingly good range. Please dont use this to rip off people that have home wifi. But unless it has an obvious AP name, you wont really know. Just be assured that you will find many signals in a city. I have build this antenna, using a parabolic shaped heat lamp used in barns. $10.00 for the "antenna", $2-$3 for hardware, abotu %50 for the USB wifi adaptor, ...

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country." ~ Nazi Reichsmarschall Hermann Goering It ...

The following is largely extracted from two articles: Twilight of the Psychopaths, by Dr. Kevin Barrett and The Trick of the Psychopaths Trade by Silvia Cattori. Both articles are recommended. Both articles reference the book Political Ponerology: A science on the nature of evil adjusted for political purposes, by Andrzej Lobaczewski. Cattoris article is longer and includes an interview with the books editors, Laura Knight-Jadczyk and Henry See. I make the effort to share this information because it gives me, at last, a plausible answer to a long-unanswered question: Why, no matter how much intelligent goodwill exists in the world, is there so much war, suffering and ...

MN House, Senate both reject Real ID Post Date: 2008-05-14 13:28:00 by PSUSA

ST. PAUL (AP) - The House and Senate have approved a bill that would bar state driver's license authorities from implementing the federal Real ID regulations. Governor Pawlenty vetoed an earlier attempt to require that conditions be met before the state could change licenses to meet federal rules. But both chambers passed the bill by veto-proof margins: 50-16 in the Senate and 103-30 in the House. The Real ID mandate would require every citizen to carry a U.S. government-approved card to board a plane or enter a federal facility. Critics say it will be costly to implement and that too much of people's personal information will be added to a national database. Supporters argue ...

by Kathy Fisher May 14, 2008 PERMANENT LINK I still have a copy of the movie Nanking that is due back at BlockBusters tomorrow. It was so painful to watch the Japanese ''MILITARY'' NOT the Japanese BRAINWASHED people (it's not the Chinese people or the Mexican people, it's their goddamn rulers, just like our rulers. I find it impossible to even refer to them as The Government or our leaders anymore because they're nothing but a bunch of Fascist Pigs who hide under the guise of Republican and Democrat. They hate us all and they would love to see us separated and killing each other. That would make it a lot easier for them, because that would be less of us to ...

1899: The British Empire expands deeper into Southern Africa to seize the gold and diamond deposits. Having crushed the Zulus the British Army was now tasked to crush the Afrikaaners. Being simple farmers, with no industry they were descended from 16th century Dutch colonists, roughly comparable to Revolution War era Americans. The British had an army geared primarily to crush backwards natives. That wasn't the Boers. The Boers were self-sufficient, they could ride, live off the land, were intelligent, free spirited, and they could shoot. They also had a powerful ally in Germany-which supplied them with thousands of these rifles: ...

Hyperbole is not something I engage in for shock value alone and it is definitely not something I enjoy contemplating while discussing our national state of affairs. However, it is becoming more and more commonplace in discussions that deal with the United States and its immediate future. If, as casual readers of current events, you have become aware of the escalating sense of urgency, with the impending multiple world crises, then you are most likely comprehending the current history making events as they unfold. Wars and rumors of war, pestilence, mysterious shakings in the heavens, earthquakes, AND now the ravages of world-wide famine are occurring around us at this very moment. Does ...

There is no right to privacy at international borders. For those of us with laptops, this presents a pretty major problem: How do we get through U.S. Customs with our beloved portable devices, without having Uncle Sam peeking at every e-mail we've sent, every MP3 we've listened to, and every "home movie" we've made? The obvious solution, encryption, is not enough. Non-Americans have no right to enter the U.S. Don't want to hand over your encryption keys? No problem--but you will be put on the next airplane back to your home country (if you're lucky...If the government really doesn't like you, you may end up getting sent to Syria). Those of us ...

"The ideal tyranny is that which is ignorantly self administered by its victims. The most perfect slaves are, therefore, those which blissfully and unawaredly enslave themselves." Dresden Jameson Almost six years ago, I gave a speech in Sunnyvale, California. This is a short excerpt from that speech. History does repeat itself, but we the people have the power to stop the total annihilation of this country if there is enough courage and fire in the belly of those who truly want to be free from oppressive government. The alternative is hell. July 6, 2002 "Ladies and gentlemen. These are indeed dangerous and serious times in which we live and not just from mad-dog terrorists ...
