Mark Levin Unloads On Ron Paul’s Supporters: ‘Biggest A-Holes’ And ‘Like Marxists’ Post Date: 2011-04-01 15:55:10 by X-15

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is not happy that supporters of Republican Congressman Ron Paul are flooding his websites with obnoxious comments. On his show yesterday, Levin described this mob of people and didnt hesitate for a moment to let his listeners know what he truly felt about Pauls fans. Levin is particularly annoyed by the fact that commenters on his website, who apparently self-identify as Paul supporters, write hateful comments and repeatedly link to other websites. Levin says: Now some of you may be thinking about Ron Paul I promise you, his followers are the biggest a-holes of them all. Not necessarily because of what ...

Gatlin and harrowup led them to believe, with stupid inuendo's and giddy threats, that you were DEAD and they were the possible new moderators/owners and planned to zap a lot of people who wouldn't tow their line! A Practical Guide To Using Fox News A quirky friend of mine confessed that he has been reading the borowitz report for years. I now understand him much better. This parody with its circular hilarity, sort of caused me to post it in its entirely. Just made me do it, no me fault man. To be sure, none of the following was written by yours truly. Hope I have not violated anyones rights or worse, offended anyone. March 17, 2011 Afraid to Watch the News, Millions Turn to Fox Channel Offers Welcome Break from Reality, Psychologists Say NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report) With unprecedented crises engulfing the world, millions of television viewers are finding the news too ...
Where Is the Tea Party Revolution on Foreign Policy? Post Date: 2011-03-29 10:26:32 by Eric Stratton

Where Is the Tea Party Revolution on Foreign Policy? by Stephen Kinzer January 6, 2011 Americas latest populist movement, which reaches back to revolutionary history by calling itself the Tea Party, helped shape the remarkable results of last Novembers midterm election. Some dare to hope that candidates elected in that political uprising might help arrest Americas alarming decline. Others see the uprising as no more than a cover for the corporate power that lay behind many so-called insurgent campaigns of that extraordinary political season. One thing about Tea Party ideology is clear: it is almost entirely a reaction to the Obama administrations ...
Goldman Sachs Employees Told Not to Leave Japan Post Date: 2011-03-28 21:27:47 by Moderate Mammal

At least four Goldman Sachs executives flew into Japan last week to speak with nervous ex-pat employees about radiation fears, according to a person familiar with the situation. They also conveyed another message: don't leave Japan and don't leave Tokyo. Employees at the investment bank's Japan offices are worried about radiation levels affecting their families, the person said. Many were asking if they could temporarily relocate out of the country or perhaps move to a location in southern Japan, farther away from troubled nuclear power plants. The were told that they should not leave Tokyo, according to the person. Several meetings were held last week between senior Goldman ...

JERUSALEM Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin visited a Jewish holy site in Jerusalem soon after arriving in Israel Sunday on a trip that has raised speculation she is honing her foreign policy credentials before a run for the U.S. presidency next year. Palin arrived in Israel Sunday after visiting India. Palin, who was John McCain's running mate in his failed 2008 campaign for president, rarely travels abroad and has been criticized for a weak foreign policy record. Palin did not comment to Israeli reporters at the airport and was whisked away in a white van. "As the world confronts sweeping changes and new realities, I look forward to meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu ...

I do not want to change the image I have of you. All of the Libyan people are with me, ready to die, even the women and children. The North Korean Menace Grows...At least in movies and video games By James Kirkpatrick The other day, I wrote that it's getting harder and harder to find fictional movie villains that don't violate political correctness and that the only real country left you are allowed to use is North Korea. I felt a brief pang of conscience after writing that. "I'm being unfair," I thought. After all, the remake of Red Dawn at least has the Chinese as the invading force. Once again, I underestimated the amount of stupidity in the world. Today comes the announcement that for fear of offending foreign consumers, the enemy in Red Dawn has been changed to -- wait for it ...

JERUSALEM Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Republican Sen. John McCain is joining his call urging the release of an American convicted of spying for Israel more than two decades ago. Netanyahu said in a statement that McCain pledged his support in a phone conversation Thursday. Jonathan Pollard was an intelligence analyst for the U.S. Navy when arrested in Washington in 1985. He pleaded guilty to passing secrets to Israel and received a life sentence. McCain's voice joins those of other U.S. officials, including former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and ex-CIA Director R. James Woolsey. Critics say Pollard has languished in jail far longer than others ...

SARAH PALIN DIRTIEST TRICKS A nude photo scandal and allegations that TODD PALIN used dirty tricks to help SARAH become governor of Alaska threaten to destroy her 2012 Presidential bid - AND their marriage! An upcoming tell-all book by a once-loyal Palin aide contains such a damning portrayal of Sarah's husband Todd that it could cause the couple to divorce, say sources. "The Palins' marriage was already shaky, and this book is so scathing regarding Todd that it could cause Sarah to leave him," said a source familiar with the manuscript. Sources say Palin, 47, is desperately trying to discredit former confidante Frank Bailey, who plans to publish a blockbuster book ...

In the wake of an ABC News "20/20" investigation, a Congressional committee announced plans for hearings on the Peace Corps' handling of more than a thousand cases of female volunteers who were raped or sexually assaulted over the last decade. "This is very upsetting. If these numbers are accurate this is something that Congress definitely should investigate," Rep. Rohrabacher, R-California, Chairman of the House subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation, told ABC News. Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, called for the hearing Wednesday, telling ABC News he was "furious and sad" after watching the "20/20" report. In the report, six former Peace Corps ...
GOP pushing for ISPs to record user data Post Date: 2011-01-27 17:26:15 by X-15

The House Republicans' first major technology initiative is about to be unveiled: a push to force Internet companies to keep track of what their users are doing. A House panel chaired by Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin is scheduled to hold a hearing tomorrow morning to discuss forcing Internet providers, and perhaps Web companies as well, to store records of their users' activities for later review by police. One focus will be on reviving a dormant proposal for data retention that would require companies to store Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for two years, CNET has learned. Tomorrow's data retention hearing is juxtaposed against the recent trend to protect ...

WASHINGTON The new Republican House majority leader says he doesn't think questions about President Barack Obama's citizenship should play a role in the discussion of policy matters. Two years into the Obama administration, so-called birthers continue to argue that Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and that he hasn't proved he's constitutionally qualified to be president. Birth records in Hawaii haven't dissuaded them. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor says he believes Obama is a citizen and that most Americans are beyond that question. "I don't think it's an issue that we need to address at all. . It is not an issue that even needs to be on ...

Global freedom declined for a fifth straight year in 2010 as authoritarian regimes dug in worldwide and crime and unrest plagued democracies like Mexico, a US watchdog said Thursday. In "Freedom in the World 2011" the Washington-based Freedom House said it had documented the longest continuous period of decline since it began compiling the annual index nearly 40 years ago. "A total of 25 countries showed significant declines in 2010, more than double the 11 countries exhibiting noteworthy gains," the group said. "Authoritarian regimes like those in China, Egypt, Iran, Russia, and Venezuela continued to step up repressive measures with little significant resistance ...

DHS Memo Suggests Shooter May Be Linked To 'Racist' Organization According to a memo obtained by Fox News with information compiled by the Department of Homeland Security and released to state law enforcement officials, Jared Loughner, the alleged shooter of Congressman Gabrielle Giffords, may have been influenced by a pro-white racist organization that publishes an anti-immigration newsletter. No direct connection, but strong suspicion is being directed at American Renaissance, an organization that Loughner mentioned in some of his internet postings and federal law enforcement officials are investigating Loughner's possible links to the organization. The organization is a ...

Republicans in a Nutshell By Richard Spencer Take a glimpse into the minds of the superior individuals who are vying to become Chairman of the Republican National Committee. (This selection comes from National Review Online, so you can be sure it's not a parody.) The candidates had some interesting answers to the question of what their favorite book was. In order, their answers were: Ryan Strevis: The Reagan Diaries. Ann Wagner: My kitchen table. (When told that the question was favorite book, not favorite bar, she amended her answer to George W. Bushs Decision Points.) Saul Anuzis: The Law. Maria Cino: To Kill a Mockingbird. Michael ...
Rove Might Be Trying To 'Pull a Siegelman' With Julian Assange Post Date: 2010-12-31 21:42:23 by bush_is_a_moonie

Is Karl Rove helping to export American-style political prosecutions to Scandinavia? Is "Bush's brain" trying to fashion a bogus criminal case in Sweden against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, much like the one he helped build against former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman? The answer to both questions appears to be yes, based on a recent report by Andrew Kreig at Huffington Post. On top of that, we have information from Rove's own Web site that confirms his close ties to Sweden, the subject of an earlier Legal Schnauzer post. And we have unearthed a video from Rove's 2008 visit to Timbro, a "free market" think tank in Sweden. Circumstantial evidence ...

The lame-duck session of the 111th Congress proved one thing beyond a doubt: the Republican Party does not represent the interests of conservatives. Despite the midterm election tidal wave, in which the Republican Party gained 63 House seats (eclipsing its historic1994 success against Clinton), congressional Republicans failed to leverage their victory into political clout and collapsed like a house of cards in the lame-duck session. The last two weeks ought to have sickened conservatives. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell spectacularly failed to hold his caucus together to even delay ratification of the START treaty until the 112th Congress is seated in January. Republican leftists ...
