Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows Zeros In On Deep State Moles & Spies Within The White House April 10, 2020 Jim-Kouri "If we had a fair and honest news media, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff would have been questioned about: why there was a serious lack of intelligence gathered by U.S. spy agencies regarding China's COVID-19? He should have been questioned about why as the head of the intel oversight panel, he was too busy impeaching the POTUS and knew nothing about the deadly virus? He should be one of the first Deep State skunks to be nailed and forced to give up his chairmanship." - Sidney Franes, NYPD Detective Division (Ret.) Former U.S. ...

"There's no evidence I've seen in the literature suggesting zinc in addition to hydroxychloroquine would be helpful." President Donald Trump speaks during his coronavirus task force briefing in the Brady Press Briefing Room at the White House on April 8, 2020 in Washington, DC. (Photo: Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images) Dr. Vin Gupta, a critical care physician and lung health expert, said Wednesday night that he has seen no evidence to support President Donald Trump's assertion that zinc—paired with other drugs—is an effective treatment for the novel coronavirus. During a Coronavirus Task Force briefing Wednesday evening, Trump said "you should add ...

With Each Crisis, POTUS Becomes More Powerful, and Partisan

This has been the pattern: the Executive assumes new power that is never fully annulled when the threat ends. The COVID-19 crisis offers unprecedented insight into the delicate balance between free market solutions and government overreach. We see it today in the admittedly tricky balance between personal freedom, public health and economic survival. But the real underlying problem may be more significant than it appears. Alexander Hamilton repeatedly warned against the reactive ingredients of populist sentiment during times of crisisand political ambition. He said when people are in crisis, they will allow – perhaps demand – expanded government. And government will gladly ...

Why JFK Went to Texas

LBJ: Master of Deceit JFK: “He* sure seemed anxious for me to go to Texas” * John Connally (ergo, Lyndon Johnson) after Connally’s White House visit six weeks before The Big Event That was a very odd thing for President Kennedy to say, given that he had invited Texas Governor Connally to the White House for a visit on October 4, 1963 to make plans for the Texas trip that Lyndon Johnson (who had not been invited to attend) had been pressing so hard for. JFK realized that he needed to have Connally’s firm support for the trip, knowing that the Governor had for months resisted the idea of staking his own greater popularity in Texas to that of the president (or, for ...

Paul is best known for his libertarian views — he was the Libertarian Party’s nominee for president in 1988 — and mistrust of the Federal Reserve, the central bank of the United States. But in an interview with Wealth ...

Diana Johnstone’s just published book, Circle in the Darkness: Memoir of a World Watcher, is the best book I have ever read, the most revealing, the most accurate, the most truthful, the most moral and humane, the most sincere and heartfelt, and the best written. Her book is far more than a memoir. It is a history that has not previously been written. If you want the truth of the last 60 years in place of the contrived reality constructed for us by controlled explanations, it is in this book. This book is so extraordinary in its truthfulness and conciseness that it is difficult for a less gifted writer to do it justice. It is a book without a superfluous sentence. Herein I will ...

Andrew Yang, the son of immigrants from Taiwan, is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist who founded the nonprofit organization Venture for America (VFA) in 2011. Yang left the organization in 2017 and filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on November 6 to run for president of the United States. Although Yang participated in seven of the first eight Democratic presidential debates, on February 11, 2020, shortly after the New Hampshire primary, he suspended his presidential campaign. A week later he joined CNN as a political commentator. Yang’s main campaign focus was how the federal government should respond to the increasing automation of the economy. According to ...

In a recent interview, Dr. Ron Paul opined on his son Rand, who has tested positive for the coronavirus. Dr. Paul said that the dangers of the coronavirus have been “blown way out of proportion” and some people benefit from crises, like politicians who want more power. Dr. Paul begins his interview with Lior Gantz of the Wealth Research Group saying Rand Paul had no symptoms of the virus and is feeling fine, like the majority of people who have gotten. Many are already immune and have been exposed without showing any signs. “I think millions of people have probably had the infection and still do,” says Dr. Paul. “But it’s used by an excuse by those who have ...

Biden lurch to Left Shows Sanders lost Presidential Race But Won Ideological War March 22, 2020 Rushmore Daily Joe Biden will almost certainly be the Democratic presidential nominee, but Bernie Sanders and his far-left allies could be the biggest winners as the former vice president adopts positions that seemed fringe and radical just four years ago. That Biden is described as a “centrist” or a “moderate” candidate relative to the current and former Democratic rivals shows how far left the party lurched in just four years in large part due to the Vermont senator’s rise in national prominence. Biden campaigns on increasing taxes, a public option for health ...

Analysis: Seven days as a ‘wartime president’: Trump’s up-and-down command of a pandemic Philip Rucker, Ashley Parker 2 hrs ago President Trump was reeling from one of his worst weeks ever: The novel coronavirus was killing Americans, wrecking the economy and subsuming him and his presidency. But in the pandemic, Trump saw an opportunity to cast himself in a new role: “Wartime president,” as he later dubbed it. Aides noted that Trump was punctual for last Saturday’s White House task force meeting, donning a navy “USA” cap and — instead of simply watching as Vice President Pence and the assembled health officials briefed the public that ...

How long will we suffer in social isolation, perhaps for months, while a state-induced Great Depression takes over? “It’s a war,” says President Donald Trump of his efforts to contain the coronavirus pandemic, and likening his role to that of “wartime president.” New York Governor Andrew Cuomo welcomed the president’s claim to his commander in chief role in the crisis and his resolve: “The president and I agreed yesterday… we’re fighting the same war — and this is a war.” Some measures already taken do call to mind actions in wartime. Commercial airline flights have been reduced or canceled. Schools have been closed. ...

Should Government Really Have Any Power in a Crisis?

Please forgive what may appear as fatalistic to some. It is quite the opposite. Fatalism would be the belief that all events are predetermined and therefore inevitable. No events are predetermined as far as I can tell. Free will is everywhere. Humans tend to be imperfect. To date I’ve yet to meet a perfect human. The better I know a person, the more flawed I realize they are. Which is okay. What is not okay, is putting so much power in the hands of someone so flawed. To take it a step further, what is not okay is to put so much power into the hands of institutions, like government, that are so predictably net negative utilizers of the power already handed to them. Marketplaces ...
