I was living in the Hunter's Point Housing Project at the time. I have always told Black people that Whites have treated them better than Blacks have. The Jews owned the slave ships. Half of the Jews owned slaves. There were Freed Blacks in the South. One seventh of US Revolutionary war soldiers were Blacks. They were emancipated. About 23% of these Freed Blacks owned slaves. Only 3% of Whites owned slaves.
