It depends on the reason. If it's because the from address uses tos4truth.org in the name and it's not yet recognized, then that might be prevented as an anti-spam measure.

If you use your own address, it should work, or wait for the tos4truth name to become active in your neck of the woods. All is set up there now so it's just a matter of time.

If you guys are reading: Goldi just told the bunch on TOS2 that there was too much treason on the site. She was consideing some new posting rules. Burkeman1 quit on the spot and everyone else is razzing thes**tout of Goldi as we speak. I told Skydrifter to start a thread about it on TOS3. If someone has a TOS2 ID they should go over and post an invite.
