I hear Senator Byrd has a few still locked in his basement..

Rush should be made aware of this situation. Another example of the Dems covert racism. The dark side of '60s hippidom.

Along with Badeye either posting something nonsensical or (quite overtly) braging about the size of his penis.

Actully, we should go back in the posts and mark the exact day he said that. Then, each year thereafter, we could celebrate "Willy Day" where we run a thread laughing at this remark.

The thread can start with badeys post. No comment. No explanation. Then everyone can spend the day making of it what they will. We can invite all the people from the other forums to celebrate Puppy Peter Day with us.

Yes. It might be best to keep that name from sullying this forum. From now on I'm just going to refer to him as "Puppy Peter" or "The Vienna Sausage".

That may be appropriate since you-know-who thinks everyone who has ever imbibed in the evil alcohol should be killed. I'm sure the irony would be lost on him though.

Here's something that's really cool: Robot Monkey Head PC Interface

The monkey head has microphones in its ears so that the eyes follow you when it speaks or listens.

Your PC will still have the keyboard, mouse and monitor, but you will now have the option of sitting across the room and controlling your PC by talking to the monkey head.

The monkey head will return information that would normally appear on your PC screen by speaking. The mouth moves realistically when it speaks and the eyebrows and forehead show emotion.

I presented this to some people this afternoon and they said it looked like something invented by somebody on drugs. They didn't appreciate the adavantage of the hands free PC operation.

Plug the $79 device into your PC and it scans your hard drive for applications, favorites, and contacts from outlook. You assign commands to access all of these items. Speak the command and the mannequin head (about 7 inches tall) snaps to life: its eyes, bright blue and blinking and head turning in your direction. It responds in a prerecorded voice to your commands.

I presented this to some people this afternoon and they said it looked like something invented by somebody on drugs. They didn't appreciate the adavantage of the hands free PC operation.

I guess I'm at a loss for words here. And they aren't even being filtered anymore.

Bwah-haha

Of all the monkeys, he is the one I disliked the most. Most of the others were just lying racist thugs, but he was so PROFOUNDLY dishonest. He would deliberately post obviously false figures, make all sorts of economic claims which were blatant lies. When he got called on it, he would just call the other person a liar. And he would spread the lie over thread after thread after thread, just trying to drown out anyone who knew the real figures. With any luck, a guy who owns his own business but has time to drop 200 posts a day, or more, will lose the business fast. My guess: He's in some boilerroom telemarketing thing where he just has to go out and make sure the flunkies are making enough calls and lying hard enough.

I met a lot of guys like badeye back in Newport Beach California. I think it's the working wife/rich daddy businessman syndrome.

There were a lot of guys there jsut playing office. Basically managing their trust funds or running errands for the working wife. They would actually rent offices and set up business accounts with names like "American Trust and Investments" or "State of California Investigation and Anti-Terrorist Unit". They would then hang out in the office with their buddies and hire cute secretaries at minimum wage. I was in my early thirties at the time and knew women who made a career out of working for these types.

They never really did business, but the wives/daddys forked over money to pay the office rents and phones. This kept the guys from feeling like losers and the wife/daddy could console themselves with the hope that their loser son/husband just needed time to build up his business. There are whole office comlexes in Orange County that cater to these types.

From what I have seen of badeye over the years, this is what I suspect he is. Nobody can do anything worth while wasting as much prime business time as he does. It's simply not possible to be that unfocused and still accomplish anything worthwhile.

Now on the federal media: The Iraqi polls open in 30 minutes!!

My money is on the pro-Bush ticket. It would be, however, highly entertaining if Saddam won by a write-in landslide--we'd have to beat some freedom into them.

And, I did notice that one of the intrepid and embedded federal media reporters was braodcasting from a building in Baghdad that had a huge banner hanging from the facade: "WELCOME IRAQ VOTERS" -- in block english letters. I wonder if the ballots are in all English?

There are indeed many ways to play the game. Some play by "the" rules, some go under the radar, and some take the brute force approach, like Rick did, but with varying degrees of success.

You are very discerning - I could never chose which one I hated the most as there are SO MANY in such a wide assortment of BUSHBOT flavors!

JJ was always a pig - but I think that's just a part of his psychosis. Trace90210 is just a STORMTROOPER (hehehehehe) and Floyd the Barber was about as useful as a case of tapeworms.

But hey, I am being nice, you may feel differently and I apologize if I have under-offended you.

So am I. I think the people here genuinely care about our country, and are the REAL patriots, not the SUV drivers with SUPPORT OUR TROOPS on their bumper. We can differ about all sorts of things, but I think everyone here loves this country and wants the best for it. And the Bushies are rapidly dismantling everything good we have. I think the country is catching on, but too late. There's a slim possibility of impeachment, but I wouldn't count on it. These people have bought the press, bought the business community, bought every big bucks constituency. The only thing that will drive them out is five million people laying seige to OUR house.
