I should make a speech.

Harrrummph.

One small post for a man, one innane rant for mankind.

Thank you. Thank you.

You've been a true delight.

Flint and Diana are now online.... or should be anyway.

Thanks for your patience. I'm actually pretty excited about the current sophistication of the software. It's looking very good. These bugs here are just little misnaming errors.

I was at a party with friends from school (half of whom were stoned) when a guy named Neil, said something just like that. (The party was just for the landing; we rated his speech as overly affected and lacking in spontaneity).

Can I be the first to dis Bush on this forum?

Bush is a f**king nanny goat.

Now the place feels like home.

The tos4truth.org domain now works for me. It may not work for everyone yet. Switching to it means getting prompted to log in again.

I'm going to add a conspiracy to your dissing of Smirk.
A lot of so-called conservative forums are purging this past week.
LF started LS, which is a subforum within LF for only pro-Israeli posters; you must be invited by OWK.
We all know what happened on FU. Well, maybe not.
At anyrate, today Goldi is threatening purges on LP.
And also today, there is a thread on LP about FR still throwing bewildered posters off.
Somewhat related, about a week ago a site called cryptome.org was hassled by Homeland Security. NPR actually reported that Homeland Security shutdown it down, but it wasn't quite; yet.

It's funny how all this stuff happens at the same time. It does make one suspicious. As more and more bots see through the bullshit and morph into libertarians or conservatives, the bot masters panic and try to deny them a voice.

Burkeman1 quit on the spot

That sounds like Burkeman1. I was watching when he quit TOS. That guy may be a bit cranky, we may not agree a lot, but he's WAY too decent a person to be anywhere near G**die and the rest of those fruitcakes.

Looks like some of the confirmation emails have been considered spam on the recieiving end due to the "from" address (tos4) not being recognized, so some confirmation emails might be found in spam folders. Email me if you're waiting on anything.

Neil, what is with the Date thingie?

When i created a post, the date of the article was 23 january 2005, and I typed that in.

The software had a hissy fit! Said I had a problem in the date field. So I lamented to Robin about it and she suggested just going to to the way it was.

The pulldown menu on the date had nothing in what would appear to be a place for the MONTH.

And as for the category thing.........that threw me as well when it said it couldn't figure out a category and that I would have to use my best judgement! Hello! I was using the software's pulldown menu to pick a category--and the software wanted me to come up with something better?

Maybe it was just a compounded problem...I kept receiveing just the PREVIEW BUTTON and not a POST IT button until I went back to the original date.

Does this mean that articles with dates other than the current date will be mis- dated?
