Her mortgage was paid. The mortgage company sold her mortgage to another company (Bank, I don't know whitch).

The "Bank" is now attepting to caim that she didn't pay-off the mortgage. The "Bank" managed to "foreclose" on her property and got a court order to do same.

She is now charged with trespassing.

I'm not certain, but I think that the bank was Wachovia, which is a "troubled" bank bought by CitiBank, witch in turn is bankrupt.
