I know nothing to dispute what that memo says.

I'm surprised that they didn't mention the www.berkeywater.com system for purifying our water.

I started using sea salt in purified water. I know we are all short on minerals.

The ph issue is interesting but, difficult to master, I am sure.

I am inclined to follow all these suggestions.

Over all, I think achieving Dana's list as your lifestyle would be very beneficial...especially keeping pH alkaline. Never heard that stevia is from chlorine; thought was a natural herbal-type substance. Canola oil is made from rapeseed, which is an insecticide. Good luck; you will be glad for your efforts.

i don't see any i disagree with. an easy way to alkanize your body is to drink an oz of organic cider vinegar in your first glass of water of the day. i've read that cancers can't exist in an alkanized environment. eat lots of leafy greens.

and supplement with D3 and/or get 20 mins of sunshine every day.

You are correct. It is Splenda that breaks down into chlorine, not stevia.
