There has to be a means of transporting the troublemakers. So many sites say either 1) They are making special train cars to haul civilians to camps or 2) it's bunk. I see a middle ground: No they aren't making train cars especially for transporting people. They're adapting already existing cars for this purpose.

Mr. Koon discussed how Wal-Mart prepares their associates and stores for disasters and assists communities in need. Director Long gave great insight into hurricane storm surge. The conference is sponsored every year by AL DHS and the Governor’s Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives. I posted that a while back. It's very telling and it's in their own words. If china-mart is being used in AL, then they are used everywhere else. They already have others assets, like RR cars, to convert to their own use. .

The Rabi Marvin S. Andelman, in his book To Eliminate the Opiate, said that Jacob Schiff is credited with giving 20 million dollars to the Bolshevik Revolution. A year after his death the Bolsheviks deposited 600 million rubles to Schiff's banking firm Kuhn & Loeb Co. (which still exists to this day and with Schiffs on board).

YES, they are car carriers. However, why would TheStateInc make an entire class of railcars for civilians? Why not just use existing auto-carriers and add a few shackles? Even the nazis used pre-existing boxcars as would our government.
