I ate 11 of the 33 above foods in the last 24 hours. I think he needs to add grapes, curry and green tea. That would get me to 14 of 36.

So, is the 'stress-factor' the difference?

Or what? In your opinion.

Thanks.

Spinach and broccoli? Are these people nuts?

Once at the store I saw a can of Popeye's Spinach. So I bought a can.

When I opened it the stuff inside oozed out, and I threw it away.

There was a study published in Germany after WW II by Dr Lothar Wendt that would explain some of the differences in disease rate by nations. We eat different diets.

Dietary fat is stored in fat cells but protein has no place to be stored. If there is too much dietary intake of protein, the excess protein in the blood is excreted through the capillary walls and stored in the interstitial spaces around the bodily organs. Protein is an acid (meaning it donates hydrogen) and helps deteriorate the body.

The other dietary differences would be the high amount of sugar and additives in the American diet.

Europeans often remark that Americans "live to work", while they "work to live". The average paid vacation time in Europe is now six weeks a year. By contrast, Americans, on average, receive only two weeks. When one considers what makes a people great and what constitutes a better way of life, Europe is beginning to surpass America.
