I posted the original article on it, but in brief he was misidentified as an assault suspect and then the cop, without any attempt to talk to him or confirm the I.D., tackled him, banged his head into a concrete block wall, and put him into a coma.

Officer Dumbfuck needs to do a stint in the big house, followed by a less demanding career in WalMart, etc.
I dunno about the WalMart part. It sounds a little above his station. Not on their security I hope.
The city is likely, hopefully, going to be paying out a sizeable chunk of change for medical bills, conpensation, etc., .... Hopefully the guy will recover and not be brain damaged for life.
