If you're from Puerto Rico, you don't just have a wet back. You have also qualified as an Olympic-class swimmer. That ain't the Rio Grande she had to traverse. Unlike my namesake, I have little to no Scots-Irish background myself. I guess if you went back far enough, you might find a Celt or two in the woodpile, so to speak.
