I didn't see how the second video proved the cops were dirty. Not suggesting they aren't dirty just don't get what the second video proved. At this point I would have to agree with the reporter, publicity stunt. At least in this case.
Barry Cooper is a former cop who busted numerous people for minor drug possession (personal amounts of loco-weed, usually) and now has great remorse for the lives he destroyed. He's trying to expose the cops war-on-drugs as the criminal enterprise he helped perpetuate.

I understand that but I fail to see how the second video accomplishes anything but publicity.

It exposed the criminality of the war-on-drugs. From the liner notes of the youtube video:
"This is the footage of an illegal raid the KopBusters triggered. The police lied on the affidavit to get the warrant not knowing it was a trap set for them. The raiding officers are confused because according to their illegal affidavit, they thought the house contained 80 marijuana plants and $19,000. The house contained nothing illegal...just two Christmas trees growing under a light."

~ if I understand the whole story correctly, the second video proves that the warrant was based on false info, which is the point he was trying to make this time ... it shows that no one is living there, there aren't any drugs in the house and no one there to sell em either ... whoever filed for that warrant would presumably have to explain himself now, 'cause it was based on obvious lies ...
