Comparing Two Women alone is difficult, one is always going to be better looking than the other. Thus this is a red herring/canard. On those two skulls, since nature is in charge: a set of features is better for one area than for another. This doesn't make one overall better than the other just different for different areas. I am sure Mrs. Obama scores quite highly on IQ tests likely more so than the other woman. As looks go Germany used to pride itself in propaganda on the Sturdiness of their females not caring about looks->femininity.
Hard to say since most of the testing she's done in her lifetime has been adjusted for past racial injustices. Welcome :P
I guess you are presupposing that anytime a non-white does well it is because the test is rigged? In a distribution there is going to some whom do well; could it not be that she might do well by her own accord? Life is rarely true in the extremes.
In that picture Mrs. Obama might see something hanging from the woman's nose. Or maybe she can see the scars from some plastic surgery. Reminds me of seeing Joan Rivers on Celebrity Apprentice, my heart sank to see any woman carve herself up so badly (or at all) turning herself into a caricature of the cat woman.
