Pig News XXXVIII

Posted on 06/12/2009 by psusa | Edit

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A Charleston police officer accused of soliciting sex from a minor on the internet was back in court Monday.

Sean Patrick appeared in a Virginia courtroom on Monday.

Patrick is accused of having sexually explicit chats, sending nude pictures and making plans to meet an underage girl from Virginia. The girl turned out to be an undercover agent.

During the hearing Monday, Patrick’s trial date was supposed to be set, but instead a suppression hearing was called for July 23.

Patrick was arrested and charged back in February. He was released on a $10,000 bond in May.

Sitting in Violence Court (Br. 66), Judge Israel Desierto set the bond for Officer William Greenwood, 43, who is charged with criminal sexual assault. Greenwood has been on the force for nine years, according to police News Affairs.

At the time of the alleged assault, Greenwood was on leave for an injury he suffered on duty, Assistant State’s Attorney Cathleen Muldoon said outside court.

From Feb. 1 through May, Greenwood committed about four acts of “sexual contact and sexual penetration,” Muldoon said.

Officers were called Wednesday to the SunTrust Bank in the 4600 block of Old Branch Ave. around 3:40 a.m. for a report of a man inside the bank.

A suspect was found and arrested, and police say their investigation led to burglary charges against Cpl. Eddie Smith Jr. The 16-year veteran of the force assigned to the bureau of patrol has been suspended without pay.

Police Chief Roberto Hylton said he’s disheartened by the charges and will not tolerate wrongdoing by any member of the agency.

That pig Hylton has made the news before. I thought I recognized that worthless cocksuckers name. This useless pig tolerates a lot of wrongdoing.

Here is where I posted about him before.

Big pig Roberto Hylton said ‘Wynkoop and Wilson have been suspended from the force with pay pending an internal investigation.’

How nice that they are being paid, while the foxes that guard the chicken coop “check this out”. Watch for the cover-up.

Presco

Presco

Presco was arrested Monday on suspicion of one count of theft for allegedly taking the money, which was evidence from a case he was handling.

Presco had seized nearly $11,000 in cash, drug paraphernalia and some clothing during an investigation he was involved in sometime in late 2008, which he placed into evidence.

As part of the investigation, police were sent to Presco’s home to retrieve the evidence, only to be given bags of evidence, but no money.

Presco later confessed to spending the money to support his drug habit, according to police.

CLAYTON, Mo. — An off-duty Missouri police officer who investigators said killed four people in a drunken driving accident has been charged in their deaths.

Prosecutors said 41-year-old Christine Miller was charged Tuesday with four counts of involuntary manslaughter-driving while intoxicated.

The veteran Sunset Hills police officer is accused of driving on the wrong side of a road early March 21 and slamming into another vehicle. The four passengers in the other car were from India and died instantly.

A prosecutor said Miller’s blood-alcohol level three hours after the wreck was 0.169 _ more than twice the legal limit.

Aman

According to sheriff’s Capt. Eric Pope, the arrest was the culmination of an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported by a 17-year-old girl. Capt. Pope said investigators were able to determine Mr. Aman had started having sexual relationship with the girl when she was 13 and continued the relationship until March of this year when he forced her to have sex against her will.

Mr. Aman was charged with the following: eight counts of statutory rape, one count of second-degree rape, eight counts of indecent liberties with a minor, two counts of soliciting prostitution of a minor, nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of sexual battery.

Morris

GREENEVILLE – A man who once put people in jail is now behind bars himself for using his badge to curry sexual favors.

A jury in U.S. District Court in Greeneville needed just three hours Monday to deem Dexter L. Morris Jr. guilty of violating the constitutional rights of female detainees during his tenure as a deputy with the Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office.

Morris, 34, stood trial last week on charges he ordered a single mother caught with a small amount of marijuana in her purse in August 2005 to have sex with him in the back of his cruiser in a cemetery off Old Kentucky Road to avoid arrest. A month later, according to trial testimony, he threatened another mother with the loss of custody of her children if she didn’t flash her breasts.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Neil Smith contended that although Morris was charged only with those two incidents, the ex-lawman had a string of victims, including a jail inmate and a 16-year-old girl he pulled over at night on Highway 25E.

Testimony showed former Hamblen County Sheriff Otto Purkey ignored some complaints and summarily dismissed others. Morris remained on the force until 2007, when the FBI alerted current Hamblen Sheriff Esco Jarnigan of the agency’s probe.

Interesting site, as far as it goes. I'll add it to my links.

But IMO that is strictly minor league stuff. It's not mere misconduct, it's felonies being committed by pigs that needs to be brought to peoples attention.

Filing complaints does not work when those complaints are covered up or just ignored.

Do you know what folks used to do to "lawmen" who were crooked and committed heinous crimes? Let's put it this way: Many times, there were no judges involved.....

Many times, there were no judges involved.....

Or if there were, they were of the Roy Bean type persuasion.
