A Jewish group in Ukraine is objecting to a criminal case brought over the “Great Famine” committed in the 1930s.The nation’s security service is pressing the case against a list of former Soviet officials accused of committing the Holodomor, which caused the deaths of millions in Ukraine in 1932-33.

Most of the names on the list were Jewish.

Ukrainian lawmaker Aleksandr Feldman, leader of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee, said last week that it was “a farce” to press the case.

“All organizers of the Great Famine are dead,” he said.

Last July, the Ukrainian Security Service released a list of high-ranking Soviet state and Communist Party officials — as well as officials from NKVD, the police force of Soviet Russia — that essentially blamed Jews and Latvians responsible for perpetrating and executing the famine because most of the names on the list were Jewish.

The Ukrainian Jewish Committee called on the secret service to revise the list, which incited interethnic hatred, in order to clear up the “inaccuracy.”Feldman believes there is a danger that the “Holodomor Affair” materials are being used for political purposes.

In late May, security service head Valentin Nalivaychenko claimed at a meeting with representatives of the World Congress of Ukrainians that “Ukraine has collected enough evidence to bring a criminal case regarding the famine, which was artificially created by the Bolshevik regime and caused mass death of citizens.”

Through the World Congress of Ukrainians, Nalivaychenko turned to leading foreign lawyers with a request to help find out the circumstances connected with preparing and committing the genocide.

Poster Comment:

“All organizers of the Great Famine are dead,” (Aleksandr Feldman) said.

Ironically, all of the "Shoah victims" and perhaps millions more of the "Nazi Holocaust survivors" are alive and well and waiting for their next reparations check!

Of course Russia has seen these types of anomalies in the past when they tried to force Jews into compulsory military service. Of the hundreds of thousands of seemingly eligible Jews in the country at the time, according to their rabbis, their families and their birth records they were without exception ALL too young or too old!

Now just how all Jewish men managed to fall into the two extreme age brackets with none being born in between is a scientific and mathematical mystery, and is certainly deserving of investigation and scientific study.

Bus just as with the events of 9/11 there are some mysteries that no one is the slightest bit curious about and we should just take those nice Jewish people's word for it.

The Jewish group may object but the same mindset is in effect in Palestine where "Jewish" terrorists have taken the property of indigenous Arabs the same murderous way Soviet Bolshevik Jews took the wealth of the Slavs a century ago.

...and the same murderous way Soviet "New Kapitalist Oligarchs" swindled control of the people's oil riches as the country was struggling to move past commieism in the past 20 years.

And, somehow the timeless legal principle that "fraud vitiates all contracts" was not used to reclaim these assets, and the crooks were permitted to abscond to Israel and keep their multi-billion ruble boodle as if it was legally acquired....

No one successfully sued or asked, "How did soon to be unemployed bureaucrats sell that which they did not own for a fraction of its worth to persons who arranged the crooked auctions and their sole ability to win the prize?"

"Could any judge sustain such a criminal conspiracy? How could an "Oligarch" be indicted without the property he stole being frozen pending disposition?"

Some reporters tried to cover the story but those who weren't blasted to death with shotguns found that after skillful editing their stories came out as "Putin is an anti Semite!"

Interesting parallel between the Soviet economic collapse and that of America. Super-efficient American entrepreneurs had the low-wage Chinese make a surplus of low-cost, good quality consumer goods, saturating the market to the point of inactivity. Soviets, on the other hand were inefficient in terms of quantity and quality; couldn't even meet their housing needs because of a stifling bureaucratic system. I suspect the Soviet system broke down because of administrative ineptitude but it could have been deliberately driven into the ground by conniving to-be oligarchs in order for them to be able to pick up factories and resource-rich industries for a song with a loan from their friendly Jewish banker in London who BTW got collateral Yukos oil shares (now worthless) before Kordorkovsky went to jail for tax evasion after Putin caught him trying to use the wealth of Russia's oil giant to gain political control of Russia, the kind of control the Israeli lobby has in America. You have the same bunch of connivers: in Russia, skimming profits from resources, in America, probably making a bundle off the short-selling of stocks. www.marketrap.com/article...een-reality-and-the-media

Thanks HOUNDDAWG. Perhaps I should change my handle to "The Professor" since two of my basic characteristics are: Never at a loss for an opinion and never ask a question to which I don't have the answer (and I was a reporter decades ago). But by becoming anonymous I no longer would be googlized {Google-referenced?)as some of my contributions have been.

I'm sure that christine will agree when I write that your talent is obvious and well developed and certainly welcome here.

Given your Newspaper background might I suggest either:

"Cosmo Fishhawk"

"The Perfesser"

(I still miss Jeff McNelly's humor.)
