Birth of an Obsession With her strong will, busy travel schedule and breathless blogging, Laguna Niguel dentist Orly Taitz has become the most controversial figure in the effort to prove that President Barack Obama is foreign-born.

Before she addressed the chief justice of the Supreme Court of the United States on March 13, Dr. Orly Taitz thought about his son and her sons and nearly started to cry.

This was after she had woken up at 3 a.m., headed to Kinko’s in Laguna Niguel, photocopied hundreds of pages, gotten on Interstate 5 heading south, answered questions on her cell phone from a radio station, caught a flight in San Diego, sat for a few hours in Salt Lake City, caught another flight, landed in Spokane, picked up a rental car, driven two hours in falling snow along the Washington-Idaho border, parked, entered University Ballroom at the University of Idaho, and then taken a seat to listen to a speech from Chief Justice John Roberts.

Who has seen Obama's qualifying documents?

Who saw McCain's? Who saw Bush's? Who saw Clinton's?

I guess Obama just fooled the entire Republican party, the entire Democrat party, the whole world media.

He fooled everybody except a dentist from Mission Viejo.

Apparently, everybody who counts, unless you really think he fooled the DNC and RNC.

All I know is the I've never seen any politician's "qualifying documents", and I doubt that you have either. I'm not even aware of any legal requirement to produce them.

Maybe instead of beating on this dead issue, you'd be better served trying to get a law passed that requires all candidates to prove their eligibility for the position they're running for. I'll support you 100% on that.

That's rather broad. Could you please whittle that down some? As in which specific Hawaiian bureaucrats? Your basic who, what, where, when, etc. Thanks.

The entire Republican and Democrat party. After all, the one thing both parties are really good at is finding dirt on their opponents.

Is that good enough for you?

Or perhaps you really think that McCain and Clinton knew that Obama wasn't a citizen, but just decided to be good sports about it.

So your answer to who has seen the Obama document is the "entire Republican and Democrat party."

Gatcha.....

No, my answer is that's who's satisfied with his status.

You really ought to send Michael Steele and Hillary Clinton an email and ask them about it.

Unlike you and Orly and Berg, they do have status to file a lawsuit if they suspect fraud has taken place. They've also got access to really good lawyers.

That wasn't my question.

My question is please name anyone who has seen His qualifying documents?

Define "qualifying documents". Cite your source.

Then define who has the authority to require them. Cite your source.

Then send them an email asking your question.

Let's answer them in reverse, if that's OK.

Elections are held and certified at that state level, although there is a significant amount of federal regulation. The authority to determine if candidates have met qualifications is the secretary of state of each state.

As to qualifying documents, the qualifications generally include facts as to age and residency, so yes birth or naturalization documents would be required as well as voter registration documentation.

As far as citing sources, that would be an interesting hunt, and I would do it myself right now, but I've been blamming away at rifle targets in the hot Tex- ass sun, I've been drinking beer with Turkish soldiers & I'm all in.

I believe that the above facts are fairly well established, although I'm not litigating in the area. I'm sure a judge would have us show more.

But let's not pretend that because, in some instances, qualifying procedures have fallen into abeyance that such procedures do not exist or that qualifications for office no longer exist and that individuals cannot be challenged for the lack of them.

Cheers.
