A white supremacist blogger and internet radio host was arrested and charged Wednesday with threatening to kill judges, the authorities said. Hal Turner was arrested at his apartment in suburban New Jersey. According to court documents, after a three-judge panel of the Chicago-based 7th U.S. Circuit of Appeals upheld a Chicago handgun ban, he blogged that the judges should be “killed.” “Let me be the first to say this plainly: These judges deserve to be killed. Their blood will replenish the tree of liberty. A small price to pay to assure freedom for millions,” he wrote on his blog (tunerradionetwork.blogspot.com) on June 2, the day of the ruling, according to court documents. A day later he posted addresses, photos, maps and other identifying information about Chief Judge Frank Easterbrook and Judges Richard Posner and William Bauer, the authorities said. An FBI agent said (.pdf) Turner told the authorities “he did not intend to injure the judges but believed he would be criminally responsible if someone reading his website acted on what he posted to his website.” The banner on his Turner Radio Network site includes this logo: “Free Speech: No Matter who Doesn’t Like It!” Turner, who is to appear in New Jersey federal court Thursday, faces a maximum 10-year term if convicted. “We take threats to federal judges very seriously. Period,” said Patrick J. Fitzgerald, the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Illinois. State charges are also pending against the 47-year-old Turner in Hartford, Connecticut, where he is accused of inciting readers to “take up arms” against state lawmakers. Two years ago, Turner’s site allegedly was the victim of denial of service attacks by the group, Anonymous. Hackers also claimed he was an FBI informant after posting e-mail allegedly between Turner and an agent.

and have no guns to protect yourselves. Remember to thank your cowardice and
idiocy for rallying against people that believed you have the right to defend
yourselves and Remember that when the government turns against you and
taxes you to death while having ALL THE GUNS. Remember that when you are
on the street at night and some criminal who purchases a gun on the black
market puts it to your head and you have NOTHING to protect yourself or your
family. Remember than when the government gets out of hand and no longer
bothers to hold elections because once again, THEY HAVE ALL THE GUNS.
As crazy as you may think that radio station person is for saying what he
said, remember this... HE SAID OBEY THE CONSTITUTION. This is what
the forefathers fought for, even for complete moronic idiotic stupid idiots
like you that are more than willing to allow the government to have all the
guns while you hold your willies in your hand and hope you don't get piss on
your fingers. Regardless of political leanings, only the completely
insane would allow their government to take all the power and guns. Your
children would remember you as the biggest idiots and cowards ever, no matter,
you elected one big idiot and coward in 2009 anyway. Spending and borrowing
more than Bush ever hoped for. I for one will hopefully be dead by the
time you
idiots allow the government to take every means of protection you have and
subject yourselves to the slavery you so rightly deserve at the hands of a
corrupt government you are so stupid to vote in. I hope your taxes are 80% or
more and you barely have enough to get by while illegals get free health care
and laugh at you while their children get free education and college.
America is lost, it is full of sheepish
idiots that care more about reality tv than the people that rule them. They
bend over and allow government to take away their most powerful means of
protection while allowing that corrupt government to hold all the guns and
power. Stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid Americans... at
one time you knew and loved a document that stated... WE THE PEOPLE....
Now you cower and bend over to government and hope it takes care of you
and protects you from cradle to grave. Don't worry, government will help you
get to your destination as fast as possible.
