Does anyone have a really good old fashioned Potato Salad Recipe?

I thought of this because I am currently making a batch, and I keep trying different recipes to find one that I can fall in love with. I know I'm fickle but I prefer Dill Pickles - in the salad.

Could be Russian:

Potato Salad Recipe:

Ingredients: Bunch of potatoes, preferably Maine white Hard boiled eggs Onion, chopped (or shallots) Mayonnaise: the real thing, not that soy crap

Just slice the potatoes and eggs (as many eggs as you want) and add the onion or shallots. Mix-in "REAL MAYONNAISE."

It's simple. Tastes exellent.

My mom is Russian extraction. No Irish or Scot bitch complains; in fact they compliment.

I was thinking of trying Shallots but since I have these lovely Walla Walla Sweet Onions (the only one that matches them is the Vidalia) I used one of them.

Agreed on the REAL Mayonnaise. I like a little mustard for seasoning though. Chives are a nice addition too. Lots of ways to play around with it.
