Just a heads up to anyone who has anything to say. If you want to be heard by hundreds of thousands of people you can still do it if you tweet C-Span. Unlike the rest of the 'media', these guys would actually read your tweets if you ask good questions. Or, at least they are reading mine.
In the past 4 weeks I had at least one question, sometimes 2 read and I managed to embarrass quite a few C-Span guests.
Today, I had 2 of my questions aired:
@cspanwj nico, wht's happening in iran? who won the election? based on wht evidence U think mousavi won? y r u calling mousavi 'reformist'?
This was asked to some Huffington Post guy who specializes on Iran. After half an hour of bullshit, he looked like he got an electric shock in his behind. He went... "well... we don't really know that Mussavi won but... well... there is this guy from the New York Times who quotes someone from the BBC who cites some unnamed Iran official..."
The, Jonah Goldberg shows up, calling, for good reason 'the men of the left' fascists. So the hosts reads my question:
@cspanwj jonah, wld U call W Bush, clearly a fascist - think his national police state, aggressive freedom-spreading - a 'man of the left'?
Goldberg looks even more startled than the Huffington guy. After like 10 seconds of silence he goes like... "well... come on, Bush's wasn't real a national police state and, if it was, how come Obama continues W's policies?" So the host doesn't let him get away and asks him: is W a fascist or not? To which stupid Goldberg goes... "well... I would call him a left-leaning progressive- conservative"
Mucho fun.
So, if you want to follow me - and I only tween C-Span's Wash Journal on weekends and I will be on vacation for the next few weeks - follow

Cheers and forget about discussing some stupid imaginary slow reptile.
