Here's a quick methodology to find your name.

Look at where is in the alphabet and then based on the number of pages enter in the approximate page number you would expect it on.

Based on that then you do a narrowing down process of overshoot the number, then undershoot, narrowing the range of the search each time until you can just progress one page at a time.

For example take the name "Smith". It is close to the end of the Alphabet so you might start by guessing "2000". Then you would go forward or back say either to 1900 or say 2200, and then based on that narrow the search further. It took me about 5 tries to find the page with my last name.

I don't know who is putting that site up - but as I pointed out above TSA = Transportation Security Administration NOT "Terrorist" Security Administration. It would thence seem to be a spoof site, but why?
