Mr Marshall also quoted George Orwel in 1984 who said, "War is not meant to be won but to be continuous." This would explain Bush's War on Terror and Obama's wars in Afghanistan and Pakistan. War is designed to control those of us who work for a living to benefit those who have a license to print our money.
