Prosecutors filed sexual assault charges against four boys ages 9 to 14, officials said Thursday, alleging they brutally attacked an 8-year-old girl after luring her to a shed with chewing gum. Police said the girl's parents criticized her after the violence, blaming her for bringing shame on the family. All five children are refugees from the West African nation of Liberia. The boys held the girl down while they took turns assaulting her, police said. “She was brutally sexually assaulted for a period of about 10 to 15 minutes,” police Sgt. Andy Hill said, calling it one of the worst cases the department has investigated. The 14-year-old boy was charged Wednesday as an adult with two counts of sexual assault and kidnapping, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office said. He's being held without bond. The other boys — ages 9, 10, and 13 — were charged as juveniles with sexual assault. The 10- and 13-year-old boys also were charged with kidnapping, the office said Thursday. Authorities said the victim was in the care of Child Protective Services after her parents blamed her for the rapes and bringing shame to the family. “The father told the case worker and an officer in her presence that he didn't want her back. He said Take her, I don't want her,'” Hill said. Hill cited the family's background as the reason the family shunned the girl. In many parts of Africa, women often are blamed for being raped for “enticing” men or simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Girls who are raped often are shunned by their families. In recent years, Liberia has made efforts to combat rape under the leadership of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, who has sought to dispel the stigma associated with sexual assault by publicly acknowledging that she was herself the victim of attempted rape during the country's civil war. Phoenix investigators said the boys lured the girl to an empty shed July 16 under the pretense of offering her chewing gum. Officers responding to an emergency call reporting hysterical screams found the girl partially clothed and the boys running from the scene. The boys were being held in a juvenile corrections facility. “This is a deeply disturbing case that has gripped our community,” Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas said in a news release Thursday. “Our office will seek justice for the young victim in this heartrending situation.” The girl's healing process will be particularly difficult, said Paul Penzone of Childhelp, which aids young victims of crime. “These four boys used what was a ploy to entice her to a place where they could take advantage of her almost like a pack of wolves,” he said. “And what's so disturbing beyond the initial crime is the fact that a child needs to have somewhere to feel safe, and you would think that would be in a home with her own family,” not in state custody, Penzone said.

It's part of the PsyOp. In order to DESTROY the culture of freedom and individual liberty we are intentionally being flooded with members of other cultures who speak a multiplicity of tongues. They are then encouraged to NOT assimilate in the existing culture. This then creates a multiplicity of warring camps and dilutes the voice of the native born who are just a buncha' uppity commoners who think they have inalienable rights.

You're probably correct. If they can implode both the society and the finances, we'll be...I really don't know what we'll be. But, it will be interesting, I'll guarantee you that. Stay safe, well, and well armed.
Their control grid is not yet complete so we are not yet lost, but we do have to start fighting back. One way is to inform others and another is to volunteer time and donate money to those who are carrying the water. We have the advantage of numbers they have the advantage of already holding most of the power and owning the media. However, we still have the Internet, for now, and we have person to person. They would have shut the Internet down already EXCEPT that their control is NOT complete and it would have blown the whole lid off. We have to use this window and this means of communication to communicate. However, it never hurts to "keep your powder dry". I am getting to where I use every conversation to drop in data, point things out, question the assumed media created false reality, and generally do so several times per day. I don't care if some of them write me off as a kook, because some will be provoked into thought, and some will start asking questions. This is something that we can easily do with every person with whom we come in contact, no matter the medium. Today for example, when clerks in the stores and banks that I visited asked their perfunctory, 'How's it going?' (Or something similar) I replied, 'After listening to buckwheat's speech last evening, what do you think? And they'd just laugh.' People know that it's all a joke, and that we're paying for the punchline.
Exactly. Humor is a great way to get past people's filters installed by media programming. When you get them laughing or smiling they're bypassing the filters. One I use a lot is to ask people if they believer the media. Most don't and that opens a starting point to get them thinking and rejecting some of the bilge they have been fed by the media. A good follow on is to point out that the Tee Bee Nooze selectively lies by omitting key information while focusing on Britney Spears latest drunken spree. One thing is to ask innocently - "if you know the media lies then why do you believe what they tell you about 911"? Of course you can substitute any topic you need into the question - 911 is just an example. There are lots of entries - such as if Obama is so concerned about the economy why is he giving all of our money to the same corrupt bankers that got us into this mess? Why is he so reluctant to invest in industry and jobs when he is giving TRILLIONS away to criminally irresponsible banks?

This post has made me ill and I must say I guessed the continent from which the perpetrators originated long before the article mentioned it. Did you know Old Friend/AKA Stone thinks I'm not me? That's not a bad idea. But, these kids probably watch TV, youtube, and maybe are even are tuned into freedom4um. They watch crazy cops beat up little girls. Cops are 'role models' RIGHT.? SO, the kids were just acting like their 'role models, THE COPS.? Since the cops do it, they do it too.
