This one is interesting. I have too much on my computer to open it at the moment, but the Smithsonian just had its annual Folk Life Festival, and Wales was one of its featured countries, and the dragon logo was everywhere. There was a photo-type album in the genealogy tent with Barack Obama as the subject. Now I don't remember exactly what they were saying, except to show that he was descended from the Welsh through his mother. He is said elsewhere to descend from the Merovingians, and is descended from the Tribe of Dan [whose symbol is the serpent/eagle/phoenix/dragon ] on his mother's side, and the Tribe of Judah from his African side. I mentioned this in my posts on Comet Lulin. I have since read that Judah was black [or at least some of the tribe were....I am still working on that angle].

Well, how come you think no one else appreciated it? Because they didn't comment? I don't always comment on posts I find interesting, do you?
