I've stated my opposition to his proposals several times. Any "plan" primarily focused on paying for services rather than increasing the supply of services is not one I would support. The US has enough insurance agencies to cover everyone and a proposal could simply be tailored to require insurance companies to cover low income individuals with the premium based upon the income level. So...strike one...
