As "Marguerite"? At LP? FR? Pro-RINO? Which statist programs did she embrace (that you can recall?) Or maybe you missed the numerous drama queen meltdowns she had because many of those on LP refused to fall for the McCain/Palin big government Kool-aide. Well, the way I saw it, McCain was a nut. A despicable nut and Pro-Big Gubmint illegal-lovin' CFR-RINO. Still, when OPTION B is the racist-Marxist 0bama, we were cornered. I did not vote, although preferred the Republicrat ticket. Palin played along with McCain IMO and didn't actually see eye to eye with him. I looked at her as a viable option (in the event McStain bought the farm), and an infinitely more conservative and anti-statist figurehead than McStain. It was my hope she'd lead a conservative "revolution" of sorts. Ergo, considering Marguerite's position regarding the election, it was Rock vs. Hard Place. The Big Picture? We're in trouble. The CFR-NWO Elites control BOTH parties. 0bama's accelerating the Elites' NWO fascist agenda.

Marguerite *IS* Sally.
As I remember it, she was pretty anti-Bush/anti-Republican during some of Bush's first term but at some point in time she did a complete turn around and became a pure unadulterated Bushbot and embraced the complete big government Bush/Republican agenda, with one exception and that was illegal immigration. If I were to have to guess when that point in time was then I would say it was around the time when she stabbed Neil in the back by siding with Badeye. Ergo, considering Marguerite's position regarding the election, it was Rock vs. Hard Place. My understanding is that Marguerite is a European and not an American. Regardless, IMO, neither Marguerite, Magician nor Goldi give a damn about the United States and would sell us out in a New York minute if they thought that it would help Israel. IMHO that's why the three of them are going berserk over Obama. It has nothing at all to do with what Obama and the Democans are planning for this country and everything to do with how they believe his administration will affect Israel.

Exactly. That was the conclusion I came to recently. However, someone did make a good point when I mentioned this before and that was that Goldi is a dumbass. Her posts are emotional and filled with poor grammar and all caps when she's upset, while Marg's are pretty well written, even when she is mad. However, Sally seems to have outed herself.

Goldi was all for it. her and Neil's dissention occurred several months after that. her defense of Badeye and others (some Clowns) over him was the final nail. it was at that time that unamused and I left and created FU. almost all the anti-war folks left LP for FU.
OK. I was off a couple of months. I wasn't involved in any of that so I didn't remember the details. I just remembered it was somewhere around that time period.

How did I miss this? You're an intelligent poster, OI. But everyone has their biases and blind-spots. Rarely have so many erroneous presumptions been condensed into two sentences. I understand your bitterness, but you can't be paying much attention lately to the discourse over at LP. FWIW, I would deem BOTH the discourse at FR as well as here as "viable." Not bitterness, disgust. I despise liars and hypocrites and Goldi-Pox is both. Goldi has systematically eliminated dissenting voices upon little or no pretext - and speak not only of my own banning (aristeides and FormerLurker come to mind and I know there have been others since). I was not banned for any breach of the forum rules but for pointing out that Goldi was in violation of her own alleged standards. So, she either had to admit and recant or take the coward's way out and ban those who were not content to let the matter remain un-noted. She followed the path of the dishonest and banned the dissent. Pro-Israel Posters such as yukon and Buttsmeller (and she invited Byteshredder over to combat what she perceived as "anti-Israel" posters i.e., those who did not excuse Shittylittlestan for acting like the 3rd Reich of the Middle East gaining the upper hand by the foul device of posting the truth) are allowed a free pass for any violation of forum rules and are routinely discourteous, threatening, and add nothing to the discussion other than vitriol and disinformation.
