I used to see the comedian Tim Conway and Harvey Korman at Santa Anita Race Track on a regular basis. A friend of mine and myself were part of "the crowd" on the backstretch in a movie those guys made called the Longshot that was filmed at Santa Anita !

Ever see "Terror Squad" with um, Chuck Connors maybe? It was horrible, but it was filmed in Kokomo and for like a week they made me walk around "the shoot" to get to work.
