and the day before too?
I am taking a vacation today on working on it
I clicked on LP in morning, it was down, I clicked on it again in afternoon, still down
so I have been posting on 4um threads

I'm not sure. I'm half-hoping that Goldie is holding her own griftathon. You know, we've all seen it before at TOS. "Help...(static)...server running slower...can't hardly emit another byte...(static)...battery backups failing...drives failing RAID integrity checks...mouse wheel clogged with lint...just send cash now or we're all dead." She probably wouldn't have to go for amputation or anything. Well, it would be fun. No reason why RimJob should get all the moola, eh? Still, an LP griftathon just seems out of keeping with what I've observed of Goldi's character online. She just doesn't seem to harbor that kind of malicious personality. And even her biggest detractors don't claim she's a grifter. They accuse her of lots of other stuff but not that.

She was heading down the Echo Chamber highway which, had the site not crashed, was inevitable. Each time I accessed the site, I fully expected to not be able to log in. The irony of LP may be that she booted all the people who contributed regularly. You were missed over there, dude...your banning was a travesty.

I lost my sense of smell a few years ago, but you're right, cows have a curiously nice smell. I suppose it's because it's not a very strong smell! LOL

LOL no I never joined DU. I can say that of all the sites I've been banned from it was never for anything I did to break their rules. Example: I was banned from FR for posting anti FR stuff on CP. Then banned from CP for being a FR supporter. Huh? Oh the stories I could tell. Mostly I just leave sites because I can't stand their crap anymore. I left two just in the last two months. One because I was sick of the owners breaking their own rules and not moderating justly. Nothing I did just couldn't stand their behavior. On the other one I had posted that picture floating around here of Obama sticking his hand down his girl's pants. Someone who doesn't even post there complained and threatened to sue so they pulled the picture. Doing that is the fastest way to get me to leave a site. Thank God for Christine who seems to have more tolerance and bigger balls than most who run forums. And yes I told the forum owner that when I left. Told him he had no balls.
True indeed, and isn't it a pleasure having a home where both wings of the National Political Party are recognized as bogus.
