Or, if you wanted to combat it without relying on government or trusting the medical establishment. Take one clove of garlic. Peel the skin off. Crush it with a garlic crusher. Let it sit on a plate for 10 to 20 minutes. Drop it in the back of your throat and swallow with a swig of water (or beer). Excellent way to prevent a lot of internal issues, cancers and also helps control blood pressure to boot. But you have to let it sit in the open air for that 10 to 20 minutes after crushing first. Only one regular sized or small clove a day, no more, or you'll start to smell of garlic.
I'm a garlic consumer of nearly legendary proportions, and by taking alfalfa tablets, you alleviate the smell of your perspiration. Seriously, it works. One other thing. I bought a pound of Bhut Jolokia pepper. The hottest pepper on the planet. They use it to kill ameobic dysentery, along with many kinds of cancers, and ulcers. It's Awesome, and exremely powerful stuff. Eating just a tiny bit will make your face feel like you were bitten in the mouth by a rattlesnake.
