(by Palo) I woke up this morning and found this email in my Inbox from an LP poster The Liberty Post server is offline due to hardware problems. Repair/upgrade parts for the Liberty Post server have been installed and configured. The article database has been repaired and is undergoing testing. (Initial appearance is that database repair has been successful, but more testing is required to confirm.) If everything checks out, Liberty Post should be back online by Friday evening, 8/21/2009. Further updates will be reported as more information becomes available.
He must have read it on a site which gives updates on fixing LP
I seem to remember in his first email, he said "bookmark this link Palo"
but I didn't
He is very nice to copy the updates and email them to me as they appear
It now looks like very good chance LP will be up on Friday evening (tonight)
I will copy the email below
Many LP posters have discovered they prefer 4um and will stay here

Let's not mistake society for government. Societies are able to get along until they outgrow pleasantness and invite government in. When govt outgrows its usefulness and becomes an unnecessary burden it's time to 86 it.
I agree with you but only government can enforce its repression with LAWS, prison if you don't obey with society, I think people who couldn't stand it just moved to the mountain forests NYC subway stations still have that posted up "NO spitting on subway platform" LOL I can't imagine moving because of a NO spitting ordinance
but of course it must be done non-violently I am totally non-violent It must be done ... how that actually occurs will depend greatly upon the authorities. My hunch is that the power brokers will not readily forfeit their thrones. I'd prefer a non-violent return to some semblance of true liberty. I'm willing to be violent.
