CA Activist Launches Fight To End The 'Tickets For Revenue' Scam
LibertyFight.com
8.21.09

""The evils of tyranny are rarely seen but by him who resists it." -John Hay (1872)

I just recieved an email from Geo McCalip of HelpIGotATicket.com. Geo is announcing a new campaign to help fight scam revenue traffic tickets once and for all. I first learned of Geo's site in 2001 when I was learning how to properly fight a traffic ticket. [This story is outlined in my article 'Why Everyone Should Fight Their Traffic Tickets'.] I have found Geo's free informational site to be one of the best practical tools in advocating for honest government and justice in court. The presumption of innocence is key in this country and we must never forget it. With cities going broke throughout the country, local municipalities across America have surprisingly yet candidly admitted that tickets are for revenue. Since learning how to fight tickets at Geo's site, I have beaten seven tickets in court and encourage everyone I know to do the same. Four of my friends also won after I told them how I beat my tickets using the free info at Geo's site. I have since been interviewed by the Press Enterprise Newspaper and the Wall Street Journal regarding these issues.

I suggest everyone go visit HelpIGotATicket.com, sign up for Geo's e-mail list, spread the word about his latest campaign, and donate what you can.
I am not affiliated with Geo or HelpiGotATicket.com, but I have saved literally thousands of dollars by using his website. There's nothing better than beating city hall's corrupt revenue schemes. Read Geo's e-mail message and see my own links at the bottom of this page.

You are receiving this email because you have previously contacted me at HelpIGotATicket.com.

Two brief announcements:

1) For those who have not visited the site lately, I did a complete redesign on May 1st.

2) Last Friday I added a page to the site: http://helpigotaticket.com/fight.html

This new page is where I take the fight against tickets for revenue to the next level. Actually, we are going on the offensive. With the help of some of the best legal minds in California I have laid out a strategy to end the tickets for revenue scam within the next three to five years using a series of court cases. I invite you to join in this fight.
Obviously, this will require resources. If you have received anything of value from my site and/or my personal assistance, I would ask you to contribute to this effort (see the page cited above). I know times are tight for many of you, but if everyone gave just $5 or $10, it would add up. Some people have already given more generously, and we would obviously encourage that if you have the means and desire.
If you know of any group that might want to help (e.g., a motorcycle club that might want to stage a ride as a fund raiser) please feel free to put them in touch with me.

Also, I am available to speak to groups in the LA/OC area, and for interviews by phone (email for the number).
Please help spread the word on this. Sign up for the email list so you can stay informed, and encourage others to do the same. Public opinion will play a large part in the eventual outcome of this process.
Thank you,
-- Geo. McCalip

Poor statistical analysis. Seatbelts, as a rule, save more lives than they take. The decrease in non seat belt wearing deaths is probably due to the decrease in non seat belt wearers. The political analysis seems valid though.

ha ha, you criminal you! the vehicle license fees went up 40% in CA as of May. quite an increase especially when one adds up all their vehicles. i agreed with mcclintock who wanted to abolish the 'car tax' fees altogether,. amazingly, he put it to an initiative and the people of CA were not interested. i guess they wanted to keep paying those fees.

mcclintock is now a US congressman though., and was endorsed by ron paul. he is one to watch.

tom mcclintock: he did endorse arnold for governor after arnie banned 50 caliber, and also he supported fred thompson for president. so he is sort of wishy washy, but his voting record is pristine. i would definitley not ever give him money.

In the last few weeks, I watched an on-line video wherein they were talking about all those court fees, and how this one person did some research on the name stamped on the back of his cancelled check. [Lots of people have found out things that way.] I thought it was "Judicial Association" but it may have been "Judges Association". Apparently all those court fees go to the judges! I can't for the life of me remember where I saw it, and I had meant to make a note of it. If I did, I sure can't find it. I just did a short search, and found the following you might find interesting, about California judges:

"Hall of Shame Spotlight

Honorable Ira Kaufman, Superior Court Judge
State of California, County of Lassen, Appellate Division
President of California Judges Association

.... When you read the goal of the California Judges Association Judge Kaufman is its ideal steward:

"The California Judges Association is a voluntary association of the judges of the state court system. The organization works with the State Legislature, the Judicial Council and the State Bar to improve the law and represent the interests of judges."

An hypocritical advocacy that does advance the SELF interest of Judges and the State Courts, to the clear detriment the Rule of Law and the general welfare of We the People.

It would be fantasy to say that Judge Kaufman here was a rare deviant of injustice personified, but sadly it's not the case. Nonetheless, these personal traits did serve him well as he rose in the ranks to become the President of this band of _______; a poster child for a corrupt judicial farm system where the end justifies the means. When a Judge takes the oath of office I can't find the clause that places their self interest above the rule of law, but it must be there in the fine print as a prerequisite to succeed and advance in their profession.

Our nation's traffic courts have devolved into a lawless facade, where We the Sheeple are brought forth en mass to be fleeced if you have the means, or to become indentured servants if you don't have the price of admission. A system based on a wholesale disregard for the rule of law, a de facto police state, where you would have a better chance in Moscow or Tehran. It's the officer's job to tag you, the district attorney's job to make sure they maintain the status quo and quash challenges to their criminal enterprise, and the judge is there to extract the money, or to put you on payment plan........"

www.motoristsrights.com/shame/shame/crt1.html

Since according to the Grace Commission, none of the monies extorted by the IRS go to fund the federal government, but go to the Banksters instead, I wonder, since the States are corporations under CorpUSA, if all the monies taken in by State taxes also go to the Banksters, and the States have to fund themselves through all these other various and sundry fees.

Have you seen the video I was talking about....anyone?....I would sure love a link. Thanks.

The great thing of the .50cal ban is that sent the Barret's on a mission to develop an even nastier caliber under .50.

YouTube 'barrett .416' and stand back and enjoy.

And the answer is, 'Yes, indeed.'

Poor statistical analysis. Seatbelts, as a rule, save more lives than they take.

So you admit seatbelts take lives? In that case, no one should be reguired to wear them.

thanks for the info. i will have to look into that later. I do not agree though, with the writer's contention that we have a better chance in moscow. that is the mentality that the system wants people to have. i have beaten seven tickets in court and it was pretty easy.
