Just when it looked like The Man was standing up for photographer's rights, or at least understanding the law, things have gone sour again. Carlos Miller reports that 43-year-old professional photographer Randall Thomas "was jailed for six hours—and had his camera and memory card confiscated by a judge—after filming an FBI building from across the street in New York City Monday." He was standing at the corner of Duane Street and Broadway and was doing a pan of the building with his video camera when he was accosted by security. When Homeland Security was called in and asked what he was filming, he said, "That’s none of your business." Probably the magic words that landed him behind bars for six hours. They brought him up to the 10th floor of the building he was filming, and placed him in a holding cell, charging him with disorderly conduct, failure to comply and impeding duties of a federal officer. They also got a judge to sign a search warrant, which allowed them to confiscate his camera and memory card, neither of which were returned. Previously Thomas had been arrested for taking a photograph of the same building, but he never heard back about the case after pleading not guilty. Click for Privacy and Preparedness files Folks that go to Gulf countries to work are informed among other nonsense that they have to apply for a permit to take photographs in public. These folks say, "Ha ha ha." The locals also say, "Ha ha ha." And everyone drags their camera phones and digital recorders everywhere they go and take all the damned pictures they please. It's us Nords who take this s**t seriously when our betters pencil in lines that tell us what we can and cannot do in public. Our muttawahs are becoming just a bit too full of themselves at this particular point in our history. When the religious busybodies in Saudi, for example, get out of hand and begin getting on everyone's nerves, they have a king who can put them in box for a while. He orders them on retreat, and they are banished to the desert where they lick their wounds and read the holy book. We have no one to put our muttawahs back "in their box." I watched the entire "Triumph of the Will" on YouTube last night. We are going down that road. Albeit on cat's paws, but just as surely. We need to rebel at every opportunity. We need to laugh in the face of false authority and color of law. Stand up for your effin' rights.

Recently, I discovered that the FBI rarely addresses ordinary citizesns issues and complaints regarding police harrassment, color of law crimes, conspiracies against rights, and police and political corruption which "ordinary people" bring to the FBI's attention. I guess that the FBI is too busy hasslin' "ordinary people" by trying to make 'em look like criminals to accomodate those corrupt police and politicians.

We need to keep each other awake and break the hypnotic trance that has the majority in tow, seeing the constant attempts to enforce the wet-dreams of the elite as silly and ultimately futile. It seems as if common good sense goes on holiday in the land of the over mediated, (u.s.) and everyone regresses to the training we received in the government indoctrination centers, daycare run by the state. We forget that even back when we were day prisoners of the state (grade school and high school) we did not conform willingly, but resisted the inane rules whenever feasible. I guess as people lose their spirit, through time and neglect, the conforming mechanism is all that remains...
We are outnumbered by what we used to call "rah-rahs" back in those days. There were times living in Middle East places that I felt freer than I feel living here in my own country today.

It's us Nords who take this s**t seriously when our betters pencil in lines that tell us what we can and cannot do in public. Our muttawahs are becoming just a bit too full of themselves at this particular point in our history.
Anger? as a first reaction to get your a$$ moving, once you see through the Media Matrix and set yourself free from your lifelong mind control collar. Sustainable? not enough to screen your intention to be free from the Talosians, who can’t read primitive emotions but know what you watch on cable/sat, read on the Internet and eat. Our ultimate weapon is laughter and amused detachment at the folly of the would-be emperors. Fear mongers HATE it when that card doesn’t work. The humiliation of being seen as merely a naked ape is THEIR big fear. Laugh the bastards off the stage! Tell your friends that we can build a real civilization from the ashes of the totalitarian game!
