Well, 1st and foremost is because there is no longer a US Constitution in the United States of America....and 2nd the Bill of Rights is being used as toilet paper by all Three Branches of Government....This is no longer a place where the Oath of Office is a Sworn Duty.....It is a mere formality to get to a place where "they" become willing to auction their "SWORN DUTIES" to the highest bidder.....then they retire on a "Health Plan" second to none in the world and retirements that make the bonuses issued to AIG look like microscopic ameoba's....Common sense should tell all of us that its time to back OUR Country and leave these "morons" to fend for themselves cause they have never done a hard productive day's work in their entire lives....

Well, for one thing, the plane didn't "crash" in Lockerbie. It blew up in mid- air while flying over Lockerbie and the pieces fell to the ground at free fall speed. This is different than flying the plane straight into the ground.
