Teddy Kennedy died yesterday, but his legacy grows more deadly for future Americans.

Instead of a rich legacy bequeathed upon the United States by forever U.S. Senator Teddy Kennedy, the oft-intoxicated, blubbery fourth brother of the Kennedy clan-four decades ago--drunkenly drove over a bridge that caused the death of Mary Jo Kopechne and lied about what happened.

But his worst and most destructive legacy for the United States stems from his authorship of the 1965 "Immigration Reform Act" that added the bulk of our additional 100 million people into America within 40 years. It jumped legal immigration from 170,000 annually to 1.1 million annually. Added to that disastrous environmental legacy, his actions provoked a complete ethnic change of our stable society into a fractured civilization. How? He provided for entrance of immigrants from cultures totally incompatible with U.S. culture. He downgraded citizenship by not enforcing our laws or maintaining educational standards.

"We are the only country in history that deliberately changed its ethnic makeup, and history has few examples of 'diversity' creating a stable society." Governor Richard D. Lamm

As those immigrants poured into this country, he facilitated and languished as millions of illegal aliens marched across our borders to wreak havoc on our schools, communities, jobs, hospitals, language and prisons. Over 20,000 members of MS-13 gangs distribute $130 billion in drugs yearly. We pay for 400,000 babies born to illegal alien mothers annually. We suffer 28 million Americans on food stamps because illegals downgrade wages and take jobs from our working poor.

Kennedy single handedly planted the seeds for the destruction of our country per the words of President Teddy Roosevelt, "The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, or preventing all possibility of its continuing as a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities."

How did Kennedy answer that crisis of unrelenting illegal border crossing? He proposed, wrote and encouraged Ronald Reagan to sign the 1986 Immigration Amnesty that allowed what he said were only 1.3 million illegals. The true number of illegal aliens that gained instant citizenship became 4.3 million.

Later, Reagan said signing that amnesty was the worse mistake of his presidency.

Last June, 2007, as another 20 million illegal aliens broke over U.S. borders since 1986, Kennedy tried to give another amnesty by forcing S.B. 1639 into law with his bluster and pompous bellowing. He voted to double legal immigration to 2.2 million annually! Kennedy remains responsible for our $346 billion annual costs paying for illegal aliens!

In Dr. Otis Graham's "Unguarded Gates: A History of America's Immigration Crisis", he writes, "Most Western elites continue urging the wealthy West not to stem the migrant tide, but to absorb our global brothers and sisters until their horrid ordeal has been endured and shared by all--ten billion humans packed onto an ecologically devastated planet."

Kennedy voted for the fraudulent Iraq War that killed 4,000 American soldiers and wounded 31,000 to date. He's voted against making English our national language which ensures further Balkanization of our nation via linguistic chaos. When a nation cannot speak to itself, it becomes fractured and separated.

While he battles with brain cancer, we battle for our nation's life. While he sails his boat around Martha's Vineyard, we pick up millions of pieces of trash on our borders from invading illegal alien hordes that he encourages. While he tips yet another glass of wine, we struggle to maintain our schools, communities, hospitals and prisons from this illegal invasion. While he sat on his barnyard wide rear-end for 40 years in the Senate creating the problems that now destroy our nation, we watched the American Dream turn into a nightmare.

Contrary to the editors of the Denver Post, Ted Kennedy may be likened to Nero of Rome who fiddled while it burned. Kennedy drank while we fought for our nation's survival. Kennedy ate at the finest tables while we struggled with his voting for H-1B and H-2B visas that displaced millions of American workers. Kennedy sailed his boat while our nation sank into consequences of a dysfunctional and unsustainable nation.

Because of Kennedy, our successful culture finds itself turning into a foreign culture that failed, i.e., Mexico. The March PEW report shows Mexicans in America becoming the new dominate majority by 2050 at 53 percent.

In other words, rather than serving America and our future, Senator Ted Kennedy destroyed our America just as quickly as he took Mary Jo Kopechne's life on a drunken night somewhere back in the 60s. As she fought for her life in that car as the waters rose above her, he escaped.

While we struggle nostril-deep in the nightmare waters of immigration swirling around us, we may well drown, too!

Once again, Teddy Kennedy escapes via death while we struggle for our nation's life.

and let's not forget "SCHOOL-TO-WORK":

"School to Work:

Kennedy and friends pull a fast one

St. Louis Metro Voice (See credits below for a most significant article.)

Date: Monday, August 10, 1998

WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT PUTS AMERICA ON ROAD TO FASCISM:

Hillary's Global Village and the New World Order are Officially Instituted by Congress

News Analysis by Jim Day, 1998, St. Louis MetroVoice

"Few bills which we consider will have a greater impact on more Americans than the Workforce Investment Act [H.R. 1385] we pass today." -- Senator Edward Kennedy, Congressional Record, July 30, 1998, pg. S9490.

PUBLISHER'S NOTE:

Truer words were never spoken in relation to gaining total control of the citizens of the United States and turning our nation into a fascist state. If you think this is an outlandish statement, read this article. What you are about to read is the absolute truth which is backed by more documentation than you could ever hope to read.

On July 30, Senators Edward Kennedy (D) MA, Jim Jeffords (R) VT, Mike DeWine (R) OH, Paul Wellstone (D) MN, Christopher Dodd (D) CT, and Jack Reed, (D) RI, unanimously passed by a voice vote the Conference Report on H.R. 1385 - the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 -- the latest version of "The Careers Act". A voice vote only requires a majority of those present to pass or reject a bill. The report was then sent back to the House of Representatives for review.

According to the Congressional Record, only six senators spoke on the floor. Due to the fact that no roll call vote was taken, it is not known if any other senators were present in the chamber at the time.

Late in the afternoon the next day, July 31, without any notice, when most congressmen were on planes headed home, five congressmen, again by a voice vote, unanimously approved H.R. 1385 paving the way for President Clinton's signature on August 7. The five congressmen were William Clay, Sr. (D)MO, Howard P. "Buck" McKeon (R) CA, William "Bill" Goodling (R) PA, Dale Kildee (D) MI, and Matthew Martinez (D) CA.

Again, due to the fact that no roll call vote was taken, no one knows how many other, if any, congressmen were present at the time of the vote. These 11 men and President Clinton have just created and signed into law legislation which converts America's free market economic system to a controlled or managed market system -- the same type of economic system which was established by Nazi Germany.

To grasp the magnitude of what Congress and President Clinton have just accomplished by passage of the Workforce Investment Act, you need to see and understand the big picture. Keep in mind, what has happened has not happened over night. This "new system" has been put into place piece-by-piece like a puzzle.

HISTORY

The Workforce Investment Act is just one piece of the puzzle (system) known as the "School-to-Work" system (STW). The bottom line to the School-to-Work system, regardless of what any educator or politician may tell you, is NOT, I repeat NOT educating or training children and adults to prepare them to join the workforce. "What's Going on in the Schoolhouse?

The Phyllis Schlafly Report

June, 1997

......The Smoking Gun in Medicaid

Most Americans think that Medicaid is just fulfilling its original purpose of providing health care to people on welfare. They should think again. Medicaid costs more than $100 billion a year and is rising far more rapidly than inflation, demographics, or poverty can justify.

The smoking gun, which proves why this dramatic increase is taking place, has surfaced in an amazing letter sent by the Illinois State Board of Education to school district superintendents. Signed by the Board's "Medicaid Consultant," this letter describes in detail how public schools can exploit Medicaid in order to funnel a fresh flow of taxpayers' money into public schools that bypasses all traditional funding sources and accountability.

The letter's enthusiasm for spending this new money on virtually anything the bureaucracy desires is matched only by its arrogance in explaining the deviousness of acquiring it. Stating that "the potential for the dollars is limitless," the letter boasts that "Medicaid dollars have been used for purchases ranging from audiometers to mini-buses, from a closed captioned TV for a classroom to an entire computer system, from contracting with substitutes to employment of new special education staff, from expanding existing special education programs to implementing totally new programs."

This Illinois State Board of Education letter "encourages" local public schools to use the experienced State School Board staff in order to "maximize federal reimbursement" of Medicaid dollars and use the "opportunity" to bill Medicaid for money already spent in 1994, '95 and '96. The letter describes two ways that public schools "have found Medicaid to be a viable funding source."

The first initiative provides Medicaid funding through school-based health services. Schools may bill Medicaid not just for therapies, but also for "social work and psychological services, nursing and audiological services, hearing/vision screenings, and transportation."

The second initiative allows all schools to claim Medicaid dollars for Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment. The letter states that such services include "public awareness [i.e., government propaganda], identification and referral [i.e., putting private medical information on a government computer], initial health review and evaluation [i.e., such as the shocking, unauthorized genital exams given without parental consent to 59 sixth-grade girls in East Stroudsburg, PA], health provider networking [with Planned Parenthood?], and family planning referral [to abortion clinics without parental consent?]."

In fiscal year 1996, $31,700,000 in federal funds were paid to Illinois schools for the first initiative and $40,800,000 for the second.

Medicaid was set up to cover only people on some form of welfare: either Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Medicaid is a federal-state matching program, at a ratio of about 60-40.

In 1986, Congress inserted into the law permission for the states to expand Medicaid to cover children in families whose incomes were below the poverty line, whether their parents took welfare or not. That expansion slipped by without the taxpayers discovering it, so in 1990 Congress required states to provide Medicaid coverage to all poor children by the year 2002, and allowed states to extend Medicaid even further to the non-poor.

This is one reason why Medicaid costs are going through the roof. In 1986, Medicaid cost about $27 billion. This year, Medicaid will cost about $105 billion. By 2002, when the mandate is in full swing, Medicaid will cost at least $133 billion.

Many people were puzzled when Bill Clinton bragged during last fall's campaign that "he" had provided health care for an additional million children. Medicaid is how he did it. No way have Hillary Rodham Clinton, Ted Kennedy and Ira Magaziner abandoned their goal of forcing America to adopt federal health care; they are just bringing it in through the schoolhouse door. When health care is provided by and in the public schools, there is no separating welfare kids from the others. They are all eligible.

The Illinois State Board of Education letter, signed by Jean Rowe, Medicaid Consultant, was dated October 8, 1996, but was not made public and has been discovered only recently. The copy that came into my hands was addressed to the Barrington, Illinois district, which is one of the wealthiest districts in the United States and proves that Medicaid is no longer a program for the "poor," but is the vehicle to saddle us with the federal medical system that the American people have rejected.

The Medicalization of the Schools

Indonesians aren't the only billionaires covertly spending big bucks to influence public policy. There is just as big a scandal brewing about private foundations. Unbeknownst to the American public, several billionaire foundations whose "charity" purports to be "children" and "health care" are using their lavish resources to lobby state legislatures and school districts to persuade them to adopt policies and appropriate taxpayers' money that promote the foundations' social agenda.

The foundations' game plan is to turn the public schools into delivery centers for all kinds of health services, including physical examinations, treatment and medication of children, with or without their parents' knowledge or consent. **** This changeover of the schools' mission from academic learning to social services dispenser also includes compiling all sorts of private information on schoolchildren and their families.

The role of certain elite foundations in influencing U.S. health care policy first came to light when the lawsuit by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) against Hillary Rodham Clinton forced her to admit that her Health Care Task Force included people who were not government employees. Many turned out to be persons who had a financial interest in promoting managed care or were part of a previously unreported network of foundations that had been using their vast wealth to promote managed care.

If the Clinton health care bill had passed, these managed care special interests would have been in the drivers' seat to control one-seventh of our economy. They failed to achieve that goal, but they are on the way toward achieving the same goal incrementally.

Their game plan is to persuade state legislatures and school districts to accept "grants" with strings attached that bind the governmental recipients to pass laws, or adopt policies, or reveal information, or carry out procedures that implement the foundations' agenda. If an Indonesian or U.S. corporation were doing this, such transactions would be called bribes and the guilty would be headed for jail, but foundations are hiding behind the label "tax-exempt."

The engine driving the movement to use the public schools as a launching pad for a government-controlled health care system is the $5.5 billion Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Following close behind are the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the Pew Charitable Trust.

The principal expertise of these foundations is developing creative ways to locate and lock in taxpayer funding for foundation projects. The foundations have successfully captured federal grants from the Medicaid benefit called Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT), Medicaid waivers, the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Goals 2000, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Goals 2000, whose number-one-proclaimed goal is "every child should start school ready to learn," provides the fig leaf of legal authority for this array of federal intervention in public schools. The foundations are making the states and school districts believe that federal mandates in Goals 2000 and IDEA require the schools to test children for emotional, social, mental and physical disorders.

The foundations are persuading the schools that "readiness" requires the schools to provide health services clinics, which then must be staffed by nurse practitioners emboldened with new authority to prescribe medications. The foundations then demand a perpetual, exclusive license to use, and to allow others to use, all data generated by the services. So much for medical privacy!

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation started funding school-based health clinics 20 years ago and now boasts that there are more than 600. Foundation documents state the expectation that "every grant dollar is expected to leverage five dollars in public monies."

These covert foundation activities operate in a murky area without legislative authority or accountability. They cry out for a thorough Congressional investigation of possible violations of the laws against tax-exempt lobbying, against bribery of public officials, against fraud in Medicaid (which is supposed to be only for children in poverty), and against violations of the privacy laws that forbid releasing personal data or transferring it from one agency to another.

The investigation should also explore the battery committed against 59 sixth-grade girls at the J.T. Lambert Middle School in East Stroudsburg, PA, who were taken out of math class and given pelvic exams without their parents' consent. The investigators should expose how profit-making businesses connected with tax-exempt foundations are using school clinics as captive markets for the sale of their commercial products.

Foundations dole out about $100 million each year to state and local governments and school districts. Since this is all tax-exempt money, and since the recipients are taxpayer-paid bureaucrats, and since the targets of all this money flow is our children, the American people have the right to know what is going on. Kennedy voted for the fraudulent Iraq War that killed 4,000 American soldiers and wounded 31,000 to date.

Really?

In the Senate, the 21 Democrats, one Republican and one Independent who courageously voted their consciences in 2002 against the War in Iraq were:

* Daniel Akaka (D-Hawaii) * Jeff Bingaman (D-New Mexico) * Barbara Boxer (D-California) * Robert Byrd (D-West Virginia) * Lincoln Chaffee (R-Rhode Island) * Kent Conrad (D-North Dakota) * Jon Corzine (D-New Jersey) * Mark Dayton (D-Minnesota) * Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) * Russ Feingold (D-Wisconsin) * Bob Graham (D-Florida) * Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii) * Jim Jeffords (I-Vermont) * Ted Kennedy (D-Massachusetts) Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) * Carl Levin (D-Michigan) * Barbara Mikulski (D-Maryland) * Patty Murray (D-Washington) * Jack Reed (D-Rhode Island) * Paul Sarbanes (D-Maryland) * Debbie Stabenow (D-Michigan) * The late Paul Wellstone (D-Minnesota) * Ron Wyden (D-Oregon)

Is that in the Constitution?

That's how they passed the Federal Reserve Act, and the Noahide Laws, and other ungodly acts.

almost forgot the DESERTIFICATION TREATY!

CONGRESS PUTS U.S. LAND UNDER U.N. CONTROL
The Desertification Treaty's stated objective is prevention of desertification. ....United Nations enforcers now have treaty power to stop and reverse any activity which they believe may move land closer to a desert condition. Examples of prohibited activity include converting forest land to pasture, or pasture to cropland, or cropland to industrial, commercial or urban uses. Land control applies to all land, whether publicly or privately owned. Enforcement of United Nations policies likely will be through the newly created International Criminal Court which claims self-granted authority to re-define its jurisdiction to include "environmental" crimes....

....The package of 34 treaties was ratified by a show of hands by Senators who were present. There is no recorded vote and no way, other than asking each Senator, to know who voted for or against. A quorum may not even have been present. The ratified Desertification Treaty, which President Clinton signed in 1994, was delivered to the United Nations by the Clinton Administration on November 17 and will go into effect on 15 February 2001, binding the United States to international law which claims power and authority to control use of 73% of the earth's rangeland and 47% of the earth's cropland.

The United Nations seeks to control the remaining approximately 30% of the earth's land through the Convention On Biological Diversity. The United Nations Commission On Water For The 21st Century is working on a companion treaty to control use of the earth's water. The goal is creation of a United Nations bureaucracy to restrict and control through international law the use of all natural resources in compliance with United Nations Agenda 21 and principles of Sustainable Development.

The Desertification treaty authorizes the United Nations to dictate world-wide land use policy. Implementing that policy is the job of individual member nations, not the United Nations directly. To comply with U.N. demands and policies, our federal and state governments, aided by environmental organizations, have pursued a vast expansion of land regulation and land acquisition, particularly during the eight years of the Clinton/Gore Administration.

On a roll, treaty writers included additional, sweeping demands. There are requirements for approved school environmental curricula, and for massive and ongoing transfer of funds and technology from rich nations such as the United States to poor nations everywhere. Non-Governmental-Organizations (NGOs) such as the Sierra Club are guaranteed participation in setting international and domestic land use policies. Land owners are excluded from the process of making and implementing land use policy.

Treaty ratification was done without parliamentary procedure, review, comment, debate, and recorded vote, which makes a mockery of the Constitutional process and puts American citizens increasingly under control of a United Nations bureaucracy whose Socialist member nations have a long track record of opposing United States interests.

The slipshod, Unconstitutional way in which the Senate ratified the package of 34 treaties provides sufficient grounds for un-ratifying and voiding the Desertification and Plant Protection treaties, but only if an enraged citizenry rises up and demands redress from Congress. I'm not disagreeing with what you posted. As you know there are lots of safe votes, and if the Iraqi war effort depended on Teddy, he would have bowed to the MIC (see JFK).

If Teddy was truly anti-war he'd have mounted an effort to defund the war (recall the Church committee), but that wasn't the case. In the end he will be remembered as part of the Club, albeit one who got away with murder.

Indeed.

I was checking one "supplemental appropriations" bill for funding Iraq. Sly Teddy did not want to vote against it so he insisted it be included in a regular bill.

Same money, same war but Teddy looked anti war.

Thruout history people have snickered about Adolf being a lowly Corporal in the military, but I have seen no mention of the Lion Of the Senate being a ...PFC... No wonder he was anti war, military never made him a general.

I was checking one "supplemental appropriations" bill for funding Iraq. Sly Teddy did not want to vote against it so he insisted it be included in a regular bill.

Same money, same war but Teddy looked anti war.

Bingo. The games they play should be obvious to anyone who looks with an open mind. Good tidbit about his 'service'.

Daddy got him assigned to the war combat area in Germany.(fighting over the frauleins)

Ted ended up an MP which in the military is one step above ...motor pool and cook...

He started in some intelligence school, washed out cause they found out he had no intelligence.

Well that was demonstrated when he was booted from Harvard for cheating, only to be re-admitted (at some other more deserving person's expense).

Harvard boasts of the best students. Teddys scores were so bad, it got in under the grandfather clause, family pull.

Obama graduated from there also, law school. Odd how much trash from Harvard ends of in government????

Wasn't our now departed Professor Bentley a soprano in the Whiffenpoof club?

True enough, but like all political slogs, once the "boots get on the ground" these bastards fund them with our national credit card until their blood lust is filled. Teddy supported the troops in that regard, from Vietnam to Obama's 'good war' in Afghanistan.

I don't find that to be true either accd. to the record. Apparently Kennedy was fairly anti-war.

SUMMARY OF KENNEDY LEGISLATION

The legislation requires the Congress to vote before the President escalates troop levels in Iraq. It does not cut off funding for our troops already in Iraq.

regardless of what you may think of Kennedy, is a LIE.

How so? Teddy was a pos of high magnitude. He never saw a drink, tax increase or gun law he didn't like. His obnoxious drunk exploits around DC are legendary.

The best day of his life was yesterday, the world's a better place now.
