The real meaning of education, from the root educar is to draw out from within, in the sense of a mentor or father, which is very different from instruction, schooling, or indoctrination.

I saw Ms. Iserbyt speak at a conference once, after having read her columns at newswithviews for years. she is a good lady and it is always nice to reference an 'insider' who exposes govt corruption. I referenced her recently when some black ladies asked about my bumper sticker:
