At that point, this nice older couple will simply be assisted with ending their life because replacing the ol' fellows hip will simply be too costly. Sigh.
I hope that this media attention musters up some attorneys to sue the damn state for this couple. Sounds like the state knows they could be in deep legal water by the attempt to keep the media coverage at bay. That claim of "irrepairable harm" indicates they are well aware that what they are doing is bovine excrement.

This is exactly the country the Democrats want. They want a place where they can have ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL CONTROL OVER EVERY FACET OF YOUR LIFE. On a whim, the hospital staff reported these people, and now that they've been scooped up into the system, there's no getting out of it. These people will file bankruptcy, lose everything, and then be forced to be paupers beholden to the state for their every need. This is nothing more than the outright theft of their liberty, and their prosperity under the guise of Medial Necessity. If you think it's not going to start happening with greater and greater frequency think again. They WILL be coming for every senior, every last one, and taking what little they have under the guise of needing to protect the elderly. I really can't wait for the mass graves. That'll be the thing that puts us right where the Nazis were, and I really look forward to watching the Nancy Pelosis, and every other traitor in government telling us it is for our own good. Then when the people finally have had enough and have brought every last traitor to justice, they'll claim that they thought they were doing the right thing, and beg forgiveness. All the while a few million old people's bodies slowly decompose in the dirt of a mass grave. We should be arming, and then marching on Washington to emancipate ourselves from tyranny.

What is the more honorable way to die ? Like this nice couple that did everything right according to our social norm and are now prisoners in a small room that they are likely over charged for, OR in a blaze of lead filled glory taking out the perverts of humanity ? This sort of malfeasance surely must be taking place to cause an uprising. Trying to prevent the media from telling the story is irreparable interference with JUSTICE. Their alleged attorney should be shot ! This type of treatment is an assault on our humanity, dignity and conscience by the fucktards that suck off of the socialist state tit

I've seen this happen to my very wealthy elderly aunt in Northwest Indiana. Head hunting relatives acted like they were her friends. The head hunting daughter wants to get power of attorney to get her mother's money. Her attorney obviously was in the "head hunt" for a fee too. Another head hunting relative wants the elderly woman's low milage car. Her old house is in the way of a redevelopment project, and the city wanted her property for that project. The lady was a hard of hearing, but otherwise a sharp minded senior citizen. Then, after the "helpful" head hunting relatives and daughter lied about her, the cops and paramedics arrive to "abduct" her, strap her to a gurney, and they take her to an inexpensive nursing home, where's she's miserable, and becomes uncooperative. Naturally, she's depressed, and now, it looks like she'll end up in "state" hands, and deemed to be senile, and crazy exactly as the well organized "headhunters" planned it.
The mind boggles at this level of tyranny.
