Democrat Rob Miller's campaign war chest just got a whole lot heavier.

Miller is the Marine Corps veteran challenging Rep. Joe Wilson, the South Carolina Republican who took the opportunity afforded by a joint session of Congress on Wednesday to yell "Lie. You lie," at President Barack Obama.

Progressive Democrats took that as a cue to donate to his opponent, and accounts earmarked for Miller on the progressive Website Actblue jumped from a few thousand dollars to $105,943 between the speech and 9:15 a.m. on Thursday.

At least nine different Miller-linked funds appear to have been created since the speech, including one called "Defeating the man who yelled 'liar' at Obama: Goodbye Rep Joe Wilson' that had collected more than $500,000 overnight.

Wilson beat an underfunded Miller with 53.7 percent of the vote in 2008.

Obama didn't lie about this. HR 3200 says in Sec 246, that the Fed Gov won't pay for anyone not legally in the United States.

Though the claim they can have a public option and be budget neutral just does not pass the smell test.

Since Rep. Deal's Enforcement of Section 246 Amendment was voted down, just how are you going to stop Illegals, from getting Health Care? Tie that in with the fact that Hospitals and Doctors, are forbidden to check for citizenship under this Bill, and again you are left with the fact, that Illegals will get free Health Care and it will be paid by Legal Citizens like You and I.

Early last month, the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee defeated an amendment which would have excluded illegal aliens from Obama’s totalitarian health care bill. The Democrat-dominated committee voted 23-18 to defeat the measure introduced by Rep. Dean Heller (R-NV), which would have required the use of the existing Income and Eligibility Verification System and the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements System before care is dispensed.

In other words, there would be no way to verify the citizenship of those seeking care under Obama’s government plan.

CNN reported last month the Congressional Research Service, the nonpartisan policy research arm of Congress, found that without a citizenship verification system illegal aliens would receive subsidies. Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Washington-based Center for Immigration Studies, told CNN the report “undermines the claims of the president and others that illegal immigrants would not be covered under the House version of the bill.”

This violates our current law in that emergency care is given to anyone regardless of situation.

The amendment the republicans made it illegal to dispense any health care, until proof of citizenship is proven. This would kill people. Citizens and non-citizens alike.

The proposed bill as it stands, still mandates emergency care for all, yet will not pay one dime for the care of illegals.

The plan doesn't cover illegals. To say it does, makes you the liar.

What does happen is doctors must give emergency care to every human being who needs it. If that person isn't covered by the public plan (and illegals cannot be covered), the doctors aren't paid by the government.

You may wish to re-read what you wrote here..

As for this part..

If there is no enforcement behind Section 246 of this Bill, you can not stop Non-Citizens, who are here by Illegal means, from getting Non-Emergency Care, paid for by this Bill.
